Decided to attend a workshop tonight on screenwriting. It was very informative. I have a story kicking around in my head but not everyone can write, so I've decided to give screenwriting a try. Just got a call from the director of the film I auditioned for last week telling me I got the part. He will send me the script soon excited can't wait to meet the cast and get started.

Had great audition today used my improv skills got great feedback from the director and casting director. Nice to meet someone who is passionate about their art. I actually wanted to audition for one the minor characters and the director decided he wanted me to audition for one of the lead roles. I meet a lady today at work who pursued acting/singing but decided to give it up because she let other things and people get in the way. I refuse to let that be me. I am always letting her know about things trying to encourage her she can still pursue it don't just let her dream die but I can see she has already given up.
