Toners are great for your scalp and hair as well as your skin. Ingredients like seaweed, glycerin, squalene, and olive oil can draw moisture to your skin and promote added anti-aging benefits specially when mixed with essential plant extracts largely complements your skin care efforts.

Skin toning provides final cleansing to make your skin look radiant, healthy, and refresh besides their main functions of removing impurities, excess oil, and dead skin. Organic skin care facial toners contain rejuvenating properties that helps hydrate, firm, and strengthen tissues and cells. Organic skin toners also contain other rejuvenating properties that could help tone, repair and protect, and reduce pore size.

Integrating your anti-aging treatment in your organic skin care facial toner recipe is the best strategy to stimulate skin rejuvenation, maintain a brilliant youthful look, and maximize opportunities for anti-aging. Organic toners restore the natural ph balance of your skin. You achieve the best effects when you apply the facial toner after bath or washing your face on a clean, warm, and moist skin. The skin absorbs the toning essential ingredients that penetrate through layers of your tissues that could stimulate the tissues and helps moisturizers work effectively. Toning keeps your skin invigorated that results to a healthier glow.

August 29th

29 08 2010 From the beginning it was always a quandary for me, Michael’s birthday. From the first day we met, unfamiliar to me, I was faced with his chosen religion, Jehovah’s Witness.
When Michael arrived for his photo shoot for THRILLER, two men accompanied him impeccably dressed in suits, who sat over to the side on some cushy couches and watched his every move.
Since this was the first time I worked with him, it didn’t feel appropriate for me to ask who they could possibly be. I thought if he wanted us to know, he would have told us. I just felt their presence throughout the entire day. They left with him as mysteriously as they had entered with him. At the time I really did not give it another thought, because I had no idea of the adventure that was ahead of me.
The next shoot, there again…a mysterious gentleman, sitting in the background.
As our working relationship and friendship began to grow, I asked. He explained to me he was a Jehovah’s Witness. He was very active with the church, and these gentlemen were monitors. They watched over him. He also explained he went to bible study, and spent time going door-to-door teaching the word each week. I had to take pause for a minute and think about that one….
THRILLER had been released by the time he was explaining this to me. “You mean to tell me, that you ring someone’s doorbell, they come to answer it, and there stands Michael Jackson??????”
He gave me one of his hi pitched belly laughs…and said, “yeah”. He further explained that he does it in disguise.
“Oh no you don’t.”
Still giggling, he paused and got amusingly serious. “Yeah, sure. After they let me in, they usually begin to look at me funny, so I end up admitting who I am.”
“Wow, I wish I could be a fly on the wall and watch that. I still can’t believe you do that.” I said.
“It is a big part of being a Jehovah’s Witness. We also do not celebrate holidays or birthdays. We believe that we should honor and celebrate these things daily, and not have just one day.”
So I asked “No birthdays. No Christmas?”
“No” he replied.
“Isn’t that difficult, when the world around you is decorating and singing carols?”.
“Yes, Turkle…it is always kind of sad, especially when I was a child, because it looked like so much fun. But it is okay; we have things like FAMILY DAY, where we all get together. There are hundreds of Jackson’s and we all try and be there.”
I could genuinely see the sadness in his eyes and the sense his feeling of loss, not celebrating Christmas with the other kids…so I changed the subject.
One August 29th, we ended up working. Everyone was wishing him Happy Birthday and giving him little presents. He smiled and graciously accepted them. Once we were in the privacy of the trailer, he put the gifts down on the seat, and looked down at them.
“I wish people wouldn’t do that. Please promise me, Turkle, don’t EVER say Happy Birthday to me.”
I was torn. I once again saw how sad and conflicted he was on the inside about this, but he remained loyal to his beliefs. It was so difficult for me too. I wanted to give him a present and a big birthday hug every time August 29th rolled around, and join in with the others who were celebrating his birthday around him. I also wanted to comply with his request not to even SAY happy birthday.
We were shooting SMOOTH CRIMINAL. I was accustomed to the monitors by now. The filming was going on longer than planned, as usual. We were preparing for a very big scene. Michael was surrounded by the alien battalion in a gully, built on stage 14.
The special weapons and ammunition team had briefed Michael on how to hold the machine gun and fire it. It was the last scene of the evening. Michael was having fun with it, like a little boy playing army. He took a strong stance, and fired as the cameras rolled.
That was a wrap for that evening, and we were given our call time for the next morning.
Michael was a little late arriving the next day. I was waiting in his trailer. He walked in so distraught. I didn’t understand, we were having so much fun the night before. He was silent as he sat in the makeup chair. I had to ask him please tell me. Please tell me what is wrong.
His eyes welled up with tears. “Mother called last night. The church called her, and told her that I held and fired a gun yesterday. They ordered that I have to make decision. I must leave the church, or leave the entertainment industry.” He was weeping as he uttered those words.
I was quite mortified. “What did your mother advise you to do?”
“She felt horrible. She told me it was up to me. She said she would stand by me with whatever I decided.”
“I see, you are here today”.
“Yes”
“Mother is supporting my choice”.
It took a while for Michael to adjust to his choice. He continued to feel uncomfortable with his birthday, but attended fan events in his honor, and truly enjoyed them.
When I was around him during Christmas, he would hide in his own closet to secretly wrap presents. He still held a tinge of guilt. I knew it was difficult for him, but I know he loved all the decorations that NEVER came down. He could freely give his children the birthdays that he never had. I knew deep down inside the Jehovah Witness teachings continued to hold a sacred place inside of him. That is why I was forever torn by not saying “Happy Birthday”. He never released me from my promise to not say it to him.

Decided to attend a workshop tonight on screenwriting. It was very informative. I have a story kicking around in my head but not everyone can write, so I've decided to give screenwriting a try. It was also an opportunity to network with other actors and filmmakers. Also hooked up with another cast member of a film I just got hired for. She hipped me to a photograher to get my headshots redone. I was recently thinking about doing that so I 'm glad my prayers were answered. Everybody keeps telling me I have a great voice so I decided to look into adding voice overs to career. I did an evalution with a company and they liked my voice. So I'll see where this goes. I've done research and apparently voice overs are very, very lucrative.

Advantages of Using Organic Cosmetics

Almost all women apply some type of cosmetics when they leave the house. Whether going to work or going out. This means that they are constantly exposed to the chemicals used in making these cosmetics. Whether it is lipstick, mascara, foundation or any other makeup, cosmetics are in constant contact with the skin and surely some of it is absorbed in the body. When harsh chemicals accumulate in the body, it can cause irritations and a lot of other complications in the long run. This is why organic cosmetics are gaining popularity. These contain less or even no harsh chemicals that may have negative side effects on the body.

The use of organic cosmetics will have immediate benefits for those who have sensitive skin. This is because the all-natural products are usually milder compared to their synthetic counterparts. Those who had a hard time in choosing which cosmetics to use could simply switch to organic products and there is a greater chance that they would not develop any skin irritations when using these types of products. In the long run, everyone will also benefit from organic products as these can greatly lessen the amount of artificial chemicals that enter the body. Some of the harsh chemicals in regular cosmetics are carcinogens, thus using organic ones will also lessen the chances of developing cancer and other similar diseases.

The benefits of using organic products and cosmetics are great while providing almost the same benefits as regular cosmetics. So if you want to stay safe and avoid getting complications from the regular use of cosmetics, be sure to switch to organic products today.

Organic Sunscreen for your Skin and The Environment

The main function of sunscreen is to protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun. Unfortunately, regular sunscreen is composed of chemicals that may potentially cause harm when used too often. Harsh chemicals used in making the sunscreen get absorbed in the skin at small amounts. At first, this may not have any effects on the body due to its very low levels. But with constant use, these levels can increase in the body and may later cause cells to become damaged or mutate. This may result in diseases such as cancer or skin complications in the future.

Now, the use of sunscreen is also very important as it protects us from the harmful UV rays of the sun. But as said earlier, regular sunscreen may also have some harmful effects. The better alternative to regular skincare products is by using organic sunscreen to protect your skin. By using organic sunscreens, you are protecting yourself from the harmful UV rays of the sun, at the same time you are also reducing the risk of accumulating harmful chemicals into your body.

In addition to reducing the risk of developing diseases, organic products are also environment friendly as they are biodegradable and will degrade easily when thrown. This is because it is made from natural plant products which as we all know, are also biodegradable materials. These have undergone very little modification processes so its original properties are still retained. Stay safe while protecting your skin and the environment as well by using all natural and organic products.

Many of those manufacturers are claiming that they are certified organic. Is this for sure? Knowing exactly what you’re getting is the only way for sure to know if it’s certified organic skincare product. Look at the list of ingredients on the product, your head might be spinning because there are lots of them, which can prove to be a real challenge when sorting all through them.

Taking time to do so ensure that you are getting a “real deal” takes time and some research to boot.

Certified organic skincare products aren’t always cheap. In fact, many people may not even afford them. Natural products are an alternative if it’s not affordable enough for you but yet you still want what’s best for your skin and the environment.

Alternative products which claim to have not been tested to animals or cruelty free can also be your other choice. They could still be better for the environment and of course for your skin in the long term.

Easy & Organic Men's Skincare

Men, the term itself is synonymous to rough and tough but reality separates them apart. Men are not only more soft hearted than girls, they also have much more delicate skin. Men skin is 15 times more oily than that of girls. Due to constant shaving, their skin suffers lack of smoothness and habits like smoking and drinking.

The solution to all these problem? Proper care of skin. Its advised that men use an aloe vera based cream before shaving. Shaving causes men's skin dry and harsh. To keep the skin smooth even after shaving, it advised to apply organic aloe vera cream on the beard. This allows a smooth shave and saves the skin from being dry.

Battling with pimples? Its the constant exposure to traffic and pollution. You need to cleanse, tone and moisturise your skin. Use a 30 SPF sunscreen before going out to the sun and after coming back cleanse your face with a mild organic cleanser. This help your skin retain the moisture.

Face cleaning, is a must for men. As their skin is more oily, dirt tend to stick to the skin and the dry skin tend to block the pores. There are several ways of face cleaning but steam face cleaning is the best. It opens up the pores of your skin letting it get cleansed completely.

Most men suffer from blackheads. It is necessary to get rid of the blackheads because they might later grow up to be painful. To get rid of blackheads and to prevent them from happening again, men need to use DIY home remedy face packs. Natural and organic face packs of honey and lemon works wonders. Both are natural bleach and thus takes off the tan as well as the blackheads.

Organic Seal: Authenticity Is The Issue

Many people are going organic but what are their assurance that they are getting what they have paid for?

Many people are going organic but what are their assurance that they are getting what they have paid for?

What shoppers should look for is a seal of approval or a stamp from an accredited body such as the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), Ifoam (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements), Ocia (Organic Crop Improvement Association), Ecocert, and Demeter.

The only precaution for people who wants to try out the organic skincare range is the absence of synthetic fragrances, which is often replaced with essential oils. People with sensitive skin are still encouraged to do a pad test first because even though the farming process is chemical-free, some natural ingredients can still cause an allergic reaction or are irritants themselves.

And what you get from using organic skincare isn't just skin-deep. By using organic products for your facial routine, you can take pride in your ethical consumption, which means you're protecting the world and the environment just as much as you're protecting your skin. Living a healthy life and staying beautiful is so easy.

It's just tuesday but then feel so toxic. I am so stressed and I felt that my skin is drying out. I guess I really need a well deserved break this weekend to pamper myself. Isn't this our regular rregimen? but hold on! we can be beautiful amidst the toxicity of our daily routine, here's how:
Cleanse: Never sleep with make up on your face, that is the number one rule of skin care. The skin needs to breathe and unwanted chemicals just clogged up the pores thus giving you breakouts or zits in the morning. Use organic skin cleanser before bed time. Go organic to keep the skin's natural moisture compared to the chemically based skin products.

Moisturize: The easiest thus the most neglected part of skincare. I urge you to use or purchase organic moisturizer and keep away from skincare prodcuts that might contain parabens. These chemical based skincare preservative contains toxins and its not great for the skin. Use organic ones like aloe vera, olive oil or honey as moisturizer. Chemical based skincare products needs paraben to lengthen the shelf life.

Diet: " You are what you eat". it just means that when its not good enough to eat then it wont be good enough for our skin. Go for organic stuff like honey, extra virgin olive oil, honey, or cucumber, etc.. Sometimes, we just take our diet for granted but it has the greatest effect for our skin so take time to plan and know your diet and live a healthy lifestyle.

Its finally summer time! As season change so does our skincare too. Here are some simple summer skincare tips to follow:
Refresh Your Skin
Refresh your tired, dry, dull looking skin with mositurizers and nutrient-rich serums. Look for products which contains Vitamin B, which helps improve surface blood circulation and bring fresh oxygen and nutrients to your skin. Vitamin A to repair skin tissues and prevent further dryness. Vitamin C for healing and fights free radicals that danages your skin. VItamin E for a soothing effect on skin and repairs the damages done by winter. It also is a powerful antioxidant preventing premature aging.
Cleanse/Moisturize Your Skin
As the temperature rises, the skin tends to be oily. Choose a moisturizer with lighter texture which contains important organic ingredients which wil moisturize the skin effrectively. Go for the organic skincare products to be on the safe side. Cleanse! Find a cleanse that is effective and non drying with natural organic ingredients like rosemary or chamomile for optimum results.
Exfoliate
Do this regulary to avoid clogged pores and ev out your omplexion. intensive peels, dermabrasions and other abrasive beauty treatments are a NO NO during summer time. :pbad:These treatments makes the skin susceptible to sun damage, pigmentation and scaring. Choose a DIY organic home remedies to add to your beauty regimen a few times a week to keep your skin at its peak.
Sun Protect
It should be worn all year round and more importantly during summer time when the sun is harsher. UV rays causes wrinkles and speeds up skin aging. Go for SPF 30 sunscreen for optimum protection to be reapplied multiple times a day on face and body.
Skin protects your body from the environment, keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The above are simple steps to protect your skin from the harsh summer environment and the damage the skin can obtain while basking in the sun. Following these simple rules will keep your skin healthy and looking great all summer long

Our choice of beauty products is more than what meets the eye; it’s also about how we respect our environment and our bodies. There is a strong suspicion that chemicals are responsible for making our bodies toxic and are responsible for the current overflow of cancer. Toxins are believed to cause damage. It was also being studied and proven that synthetic chemicals cause disruption of hormone production and function. Therefore, it has paved a way for organic skincare to rise into popularity. Organic skincare are proven safer for children, kinder to the planet, healthier to the body and better for our skin. That’s why organic skincare makes much sense.

Natural skincare products perform as well or better than synthetic skincare products. They are far less likely to irritate skin, and they do no come with harmful side effects and dangerous long-term physical risks.

Our skin is similarly delicate as theirs. Its emperative and challenging in making our skin as soft as it was before. Remember the time when we were still babies? We use shampoos, moisturizers, soaps, wipes which are specially manufactured for our delicate skin. Ones that are milder in chemical contents and ideal for our soft and sensitive skin. Many parents opt for naturl or organic, WHY? because its safer and milder for our skin.
As we grow in age, our skins softness dimishes. Have you ever wondered why our skin isnt that soft anymore? SIMPLE, because we tend to lean on the more "chemically based, hyped skincare products". Now is the ime to go back to the basics, go Organic!
Use shampoos, mositurizer, soaps suited for the skin that are organically made to restore lost oils of the skin and yet still keep it clean. Avoid using alcohol based cleanser, moisturizer or mist as it causes rashes and irritations or worst, breakouts.
Gently massage our skin with whatever organic products we are using. Massage increases our skin's elasticity and helps us relax thus giving us a firm and supple looking skin.
We cant go wrong when we go back to the days when we were still young and use products that are as highly effective as chemically based ones.

Organic Skin Care: A Seek for Truth

Everyone wants to look good, and our face is easily one of the most noticeable areas of our body. So it is obvious that we want to take care of it. However, have you heard how chemicals from un-natural skin care products can actually do more harm than good to your skin? Of course you have. Nobody can avoid the barrage of advertisements that stream out from the television.

Just keep in mind that even though every single skin cares commercials are now showing off all their all-natural products, made from fruits and plants that you have never heard of before. But is natural organic skin care really effective?

Many people would immediately say yes. Of course it is. Nature herself provides us with all we need to stay healthy, not just internally and also externally. But the question should be, ‘Which natural skin care product is most effective?’ Every brand of skin care will boast that they are the best. But then, all of them have ‘natural’ and ‘organic’ products. How can one be better than the other?

It is always best to be an informed consumer rather than just buy anything just to be ‘natural.’ First, you have to find out whether enough research has been done for the product. It might sound strange, but since there are a lot of people willing to pay money to remain youthful, the manufacturers’ focus is on marketing, not on the tedious research phase. Next, don’t hesitate to search online to find out if indeed such plant extracts are doing what manufacturers claim they are doing.

You should also check the label to see if there are any traces of alcohol. This is important, because alcohol actually dries the skin, removing the skin’s natural oils, and therefore, the skin’s natural protection and moisturizer. Alcohols have different properties, so it is best that you look into each type if you see it on your skin care’s label.

Do you prefer your skin care to smell nice? Who would not want to, right? It is like hitting two birds with one stone. You cleanse and protect your skin, and you also smell good. But this is not always a good idea. Fragrances can contain some chemical that can actually damage the skin on your face.

Skin care are made to help you care for your skin, and not to make you smell good. Use perfumes if you really want to smell nice, but keep it away of your face as much as possible.

What you need to look for are natural organic skin care products that have actually been well-researched before they were released in the market. That does not mean it is should be the most expensive one in the market. Simply check the official website of the manufacturer.

A good way to know if they have done enough research in the first place is that they have quality scientific information about the skin on their website. If this is not available, you may want to keep on looking. When it comes to our skin, it is better safe than sorry.

Skin type varies from one person to the next. And the different types of skin may include normal, dry, oily, sensitive and a combination of the mentioned skin types. Each skin type has the corresponding products thus knowing your skin type is the first thing that you should do before buying any face products.

Organic face products like the chemical-based ones can also be classified depending on the skin type of the person who will use the said products. Each skin type should have a particular set of products since the skin on the face being very thin than the skin found in any other parts of the body are more sensitive to allergens or irritants. Thus, if you use skin products which contain harsh ingredients such as chemicals that are not compatible to your skin type, then your skin type may be damaged. Damaged skin may cause dryness and irritation and you would not want that.

Knowing your skin type can be done by careful observation. Is your skin always dry or oily? Or does it easily get irritated even with the use of hypo-allergenic substances? If you cannot determine your skin type alone, consulting a dermatologist is suggested. Upon consulting a dermatologist, you should also ask her recommendation on the perfect organic face products that you can use that will maintain a healthy glow for your skin and avoid skin damage or irritation.

Being informed on the ingredients that manufacturers use in their products through the internet or by reading labels will also help you determine the right products for your particular skin type

Like the other products for skin care which are organic, the ingredients are a main issue. This article briefly discusses the ingredients that are usually used in the making of organic soap. Most organic soaps are made from a mixture of vegetable oils which are certified to be organic. Every type of oil has its own purpose for the skin and each has a reason on why they are included on the formula.
One of the oils which are usually used is olive oil. This olive oil can moisturize skin and they are good for dry or irritated skin. Coconut oil and palm oil are also included in organic soaps since they are good lather and they contribute hardness and stability respectively. Coconut oil, aside from being a good lather can be used to treat different skin problems and infections. These oils also have anti-aging properties that will prevent wrinkles and skin sagging. Other oils are hempseed and avocado; they are used because they are rich in fatty acids, proteins and vitamins. Like coconut, avocado oil is very effective for dry skin or skin problems like eczema. Sometimes, organic soaps can also include in their ingredients sunflower and sesame oil. Cocoa butter and shea butter are also added for additional moisturizing, softening and soothing.
An organic soap is likely used today by most people because of its promise of not causing allergies and irritation especially since they are made from natural materials. Your skin type and its sensitivity will also define if organic soaps are really good for your skin.

Stress! It’s everywhere you go. Most people are complaining that they dont have the luxury of time to care for their skin or their bodies so that is why many people are so into “miracle skincare”. This remains yet to be proven. Nothing can be achieved in just a short while. Skincare should be done with patience and diligence. The reward of “miracle cures” are shortlived compared to those of natural and organic remedies.
There are organic skincare products that are best used to have the effect on skin that you want for long term. Start living a healthy life and know more about the benefits of using organic skincare products. Some tips to get you by in your busy life:
Cleanse: Never sleep with make up on your face, that is the number one rule of skin care. The skin needs to breathe and unwanted chemicals just clogged up the pores thus giving you breakouts or zits in the morning. Use organic skin cleanser before bed time. Go organic to keep the skin’s natural moisture compared to the chemically based skin products.
Diet: ” You are what you eat”. This just means that when its not good enough to eat then it wont be good enough for our skin. Go for organic stuff like honey, extra virgin olive oil, honey, or cucumber, etc.. Sometimes, we just take our diet for granted but it has the greatest effect for our skin so take time to plan and know your diet and live a healthy lifestyle.

Skincare products we use may contain some harmful toxins which can be linked to allergies, headaches, joint pains, hormonal imbalances and even cancer. Some of these may even cause depression or even makes your skin problem worst.

So this is why most people are advocating for organic beauty products. These products ae safer, healthier for your skin, kinder to the environment and also makes more sense...Remember the adage "what you put on your body will manifest itself" ...Putting on harmful stuff will definitely give you problems but going green and organic wont do harm...Now, lets talk about these harmful chemicals in synthetic skin care products:

* Synthetic Fragrance: The synthetic fragrances can block the ability of human cells to clear themselves of other substances that could be much more toxic than the fragrances. Exposure to chemical fragrances could compromise the transporters, making it easier for pollutants to enter the brain. Isn't that alarming? One
problem for consumers trying to avoid synthetic fragrances is that only the word "fragrance" appears on the label as a rule. The actual chemical compound is rarely listed.

According to the Labor Environment Alliance Society's blog " the concerns about the environmental impact of synthetic fragrances first surfaced about 10 years ago in Japan and Europe as they were picking up
pharmaceutical and personal care products in the wastewater flowing into rivers. As found in the result of research conducted by Epel Lab at Hopkins Marine Station. In Japan they discovered they are somewhat
persistent - they don't break down.

I would definitely agree that no matter how little is the concentration of any synthetic fragrance , its still enough to cause any kind of damage to our skin. It is therefore never safe to use any kind of it. Better go for
prevention than go for the costly cures...We never know what it may bring to us. As previously said, these harmful toxins can cause many unwanted effects.

Yogurt is the simplest option that comes to mind when thinking about home-prepared recipes for organic skin care. You can mix it with some honey and then apply evenly on your face. Try avoiding its use on the vulnerable eyes. You should leave it for at least ten minutes on your face before washing it.

This mixture can be applied several times a day for achieving a silky smooth skin. Since yogurt gets ruined easily, make sure that it is stored in the fridge to allow further use.

Legends and historical books have often linked beauty of princesses and goddesses with a natural milk bath. Who can forget the famous Cleopatra nd her beauty which was a result of her regular milk baths. A s the name suggest, milk bath implies adding fresh or powdered milk to hot water and bathing in that. You may also add other natural ingredients like honey, oatmeal, and youf favorite essential oils to the bath for a great effect.
After having the bath, you skin will feel smoother, fresher and supple. This is because milk contains fats and proteins that helps in making your skin supple and soft. It is also acts as a natural skin exfoliant and helps in renewing your skin for a radiant and glowing look. It also relaxes and energizes sepcially if aromatic oils are in it. It will gradually improve the quality of your skin.

UV ray from the sun will cause wrinkles and age spots on your skin. Always apply sunscreen with at least SPF of 15 which will effectively block the UV ray. Application of sunblock cream will be different for face and other parts of the body. Wearing long sleeve shirt or blouse, long pant or skirt and hat will even help to block the UV ray from causing damage to your skin.
Avoid synthetic chemicals, fragrances and some irritating substances. Always choose the natural skincare products. Spend sometimes to read the label and ask question if you are not sure about the ingredients which will go the long way.

Make a masque of honey and one egg white and apply it to the problem areas. Leave it on for 10 minutes than wash off with a mild cleanser. Papaya pulp with lemon juice, fruit juice with vitamin C and cooked carrots with honey can also be used to make a masque that will soak up the excessive oils. This is one of the best skin care treatment

Hey everyone, this blog was made from my dedication to change one person's mind at a time about Michael Jackson. I feel that numerously, espeacially throughout the last 15 years, he has been treated like a criminal and If you saw some of the comments I read under youtube video's of his music or life, at some point, you would want to do and say something to justify him of the slander and lies, and wrongful accusations against him. This site is here to put an end to all of the negative opinions and rumors about MJ and show you the truth. There is a Michael Jackson song titled Ben that has a verse in it that I think summarizes what this site is about " I dont listen to a word they say, They dont see you as I do, I wish they would try to, Im sure they'd think again".This verse really is the core of this site. I want to try to show people who have negative opinions of MJ, how amazing he is and how the media has tried portray him negatively.I want to cover all the topics on him, So that if you are not an MJ fan, I want to try my hardest to make you one!! Lol, just hear me out and pay attention to the Fact's I will be posting about him, not tabloid garbage.Im doing it all with Love, L-O-V-E. Here is the link to the site

Had great audition today used my improv skills got great feedback from the director and casting director. Nice to meet someone who is passionate about their art. I actually wanted to audition for one the minor characters and the director decided he wanted me to audition for one of the lead roles. The film is about a family dealing with the death of child so I had to go through a range of emotions for the audition which was hard because the reader for scene was an assistant to the director so I had to act off someone who reading like they were reading a laundry list at that moment I was grateful for every acting class I ever had thank you David O'Hara! The director was kinda cocky but I understand if you don't believe in yourself no one else will.

There are several things that I've noticed about Beyonce that sums it all up for me is that she is selfish. One that I've observed on countless occasions, she does not present awards to her counter parts whether male or female with the exception of Michael Jackson and that is very straight forward as to why she did it.
When she is not nominated for an award, you never see her giving respect to her peers or rejoice with them publicly,if she is not seated in the front row of an award show or she's not performing, she's never in attendance and I'm sure she's been ask to present awards...but refuse to do so because?
One of my friends pointed out that she may be afraid to read publicly, she's loss for words most of the time or she only likes the spotlight when its only about her...I don't know.
What do you guys think?

Black Men Expect Too Much From Black Women

I have an observation that I want to share. I’ve come to the conclusion that the some Black men expect far too much from Black women. Far more than what they are willing to give themselves. Again, this is some men, not all. The problem stems from the idea that Black women are expected to fill many roles. We are expected to be a homemaker, breadwinner, lover, counselor, be mentally advanced, but not so advanced that it makes them uncomfortable. We are also expected to understand their needs and to be able to find an appropriate way of approaching them about it without harming their egos. All in a day’s work right?
Well, that depends on the Black man and what he is willing to give.

Unfortunately there are some Black men who feel a sense of undeserved entitlement. They feel that they should be able to do minimal and receive the maximum. They do not think that they have to be loyal, work hard in a relationship, give all of themselves to a woman or even share any real emotional connection with her. The kicker to this is while they indulge in the feeling of being entitled they also are subject to the media/slave mentality that convinces them that Black women are subpar. Some of them roll with it and this leads them to compare Black women to women of other races and place those other women on pedestals. When we do not measure up to their ideas of physical beauty or what they perceive a woman of worth should be it only pushes them away more. So not only do they enter into situations with women with unrealistic and sometimes self centered expectations, they also have preconditioned judgments towards Black women versus women of other cultures.

It’s a trick. Ideologies like these were put in place to further tear the Black family unit apart. The idea that a man....To Read The Rest Visit YeahSheSaidIt

Just wanted to stop by and say what's up for this weekend. I'm just on serious silly mode. I had some time to silly with my brothers and sisters and they crack me up as usual. I was watching some movies and decided to take some time to myself because my family had me laughing about some memories.

Anyway, I thought long and hard about a past relationship that wasn't great at all. It ended badly and some of my friends were saying I needed closure. I say I'm happy I left sane. Word is that he is breaking out many more hearts and I really feel bad for them but then again, these were the girls he was cheating with. I can't be pissed because I knew nothing about them. But to hear how he's manipulating them it's just sad.

I know many think I should seek revenge but what will I gain out of that? He's and ex for a reason and not worth it obviously. The thing is he is using his looks to reel them in and have his fun, I should know he would laugh at them to me. I don't find toying with somebody amusing. What I did find funny was that these girls didn't want to say anything bad about him, knowing he was saying the worst about them and spreading rumors like a petty female. I thought to myself, are these girls that sad?

Time will tell I guess!
