On May 16, 2008 I flew to San Jose, Costa Rica and had full body liposuction and what was suppose to be a breast lift.... I have always had large breast and gravity had taken its toll. Upon my consultation with Dr Cohen, I learned about all the scaring a lift would cause, so I opted for getting larger breast. I am now an official DD, I most admit at times I think they are too big, then, I realize that I now have huge DD rather than saggy D. My total surgery cost $7000.00 it's the best 7K I've every spent. My surgery date was May 19 on the following day I took a 10 hours tour through the rainforest..... the pain was that minimum. If I had to rate the pain from 1-10 the answer would be 3. It's almost 5 months since my surgery and I love my body. Prior to surgery I worked out but could never achieve the look I wanted. Now that I have had the surgery I am really a slave to the gym. I highly advocate for everyone to do what ever will make them feel better about themselves, especially black woman...... there are many forces against us. I didn't have this surgery because my esteem was low..... trust it's wasn't. I did it for me... I am 38 years old and single. It was always a wish to have surgery and finally I found the courage to do it and VERY HAPPY with the results. :doctor:
