Yahoo POP3/Forwarding - WITHOUT Yahoo Plus
I heard about a program called YPOP and I was going to download it, until I read their forum and people were saying that POP3 comes standard if you change your preferred content to Yahoo Asia. Did this and it works. Now I can use Windows Mail/Outlook... Whoo Hoo!!!

Ok.. so it let me get to the settings on yahoo.. put them in, but still getting "not available for user." I forwarded to my isp email tho and now all good. Sorry. =(

You don't have to log into yahoo.. you can get it directly in Outlook or Windows mail..,

Sign into your Yahoo account and under the Options, select Account Information. Under the Country/Time Settings...choose Asia...then proceed to setup Windows Live/Outlook/Outlook Express settings.

POP Yahoo! Mail Plus with Microsoft Outlook Express
Now you will be able to view your yahoo email via an alternate email program. Benefits include having all emails in one centralized locaton, being able to flag messages, send 'read' receipts, as well as getting notified when new mail arives. I stopped using Ypops quite a while ago as there were usually lots of issues.
