Aneurysm huh? Wow. Nobody would ever question that and it is one of the mysterious things that can happen out the blue. My husband's grandmother died suddenly that way but she had underlying conditions. Still side-eying. Hope the family does a autopsy.
I guess a lot of people don't know... but YOU CAN use certain biochemicals to induce aneurysms in rats and mice. They do it all the time in the lab.
