Sakara Ross Gets Sued by baby mama of nba player Ricky Davis
Vanessa Ramirez, fiancee' of Ricky Davis (NBA player) has filed charges against Sakara Ross of Houston Texas. Ramirez claims that Ross was using a credit card in her fiancee's name without authorization. The report claims that Ross made airline ticket purchases to Miami for New Years, several other random destinations, and to Superbowl in Tampa and to LA for the Grammys. Ramirez reports that she was able to cancel the superbowl and la flights but was unable to cancel a purchase made from BGBG for a dress, herve leger, for the amount of 950. Ramirez reports that Davis never authorized her to make the charges.
Ross was contacted by the police and stated Mr. Davis had given her permisson to use the card, however she stated she had just met Davis and had not talk to him in weeks after learning of his marriage.
Ramirez states in her report that Ross obtained the credit card info when Davis asked her to purchase a ticket to vist with him in portland. Davis gave Ross the credit card info and billing info so that she could purchase that one flight.
Davis states in the report that Ross and him had sexual relations for the one night and that she later confronted him about Ramirez. Davis said Ross was just a typical one night stand chick who was upset that she couldn't get any money out of him. Davis stated that Ross tried to get money out of him for a doctors visit to get tested for Std's. Davis stated he never sent the money because he didn't feel liable for both their actions.
Davis said that was the last time they spoke and that he NEVER gave her permission to use his card who Ramirez is a joint account holder.
Davis stated "why would I let some chick I just met run up a card who my wife is on"?
Ramirez states that UBS financial and BCBG will press charges along with her and Davis.
Now we know where she gets her clothes. Lol
