Kim is beautiful, hopefully she leaves her face alone.
Her makeup artist is contouring her nose but it does not look like she had work done.
She has lost alot of weight and it seems to be making her face very narrow, she DID NOT need to lose weight!
Her mom who is also beautiful seems to be tampering with her eyes, she needs to leave it alone!

She looked so pretty in '06. Her face looks wide and weird now. She's gonna end up looking like Priscilla Presley. She is looking like she is in the early botox stage where the changes are subtle but still noticeable. If she is reading this (which I'm sure she is) she needs to stop now before she does damage to her face that she won't be able to fix. She should also use makeup that matches her natural skin tone. She is looking so white washed. SMH

She is telling the truth she didn't have nose or lip surgery but SHE DID have a cheek bone implants or fat sucked out out of her cheeks. That's where the difference is. I've looked at the photos and the nose and lips are no big difference but the cheek bone and cheek area has been altered. Its looks worse to she should have left herself alone...its makes her face harder.
