I'll be honest. I've only liked one song she's ever made. That was "shut up and Drive" I think that's the name of it and the video was cute. The other songs I just never really listened to her that much.

So now that her marketing team failed this go round, is she going backSugar Island Pop? I still like Breaking Dishes from GGGB.

Who is the source? First of all this is not even true. There is no new album. Don't ask me how I know, I just know. Her sales have not been poor at all 1.5 million worldwide and its still in the top 20 so wtf?

Why doesn't she just re-release Rated R w/ new songs like other do when they don't get the sales they want

Rated R is actually a good album, it's better than GGGB IMO. However I can see how the darkness of RR turned alot of her pop fans off.

It's not the singles, her cds just don't sell.

I don't understand why labels think that just because your last album sold five million copies your new one is going to sell ten million copies. That it rare. Sales decrease every album. So if you sold double platinum last go around, you're likely to only go platinum the next go around. Shame on them for spending million of dollars on promotion and putting Rihanna in debt when they knew her cd wasn't going to be flying off the shelves.

I think it's going to be a bit hard for Rhi Rhi to find her space in the industry....every look/image she's trying to rock or has rocked has either been done (fefe dobson) beyonce, or being done (lady gaga). IMO its hard for her to have her own image right now, so she's morphing and looking for something that'll stick and work. If you think about it every other artist has a certain guise....Gaga is the outrageous one, Bey is the diva. Rhi Rhi was the edgy one...but edgy really ain't a look if you're not a true rocker/rebel....basically you have to have the personality to pull it off, and she doesn't that why I always thought she was heavily packaged. The image Rhi Rhi came out with is her best option...atleast in my opinion...the good girl, pop queen image....but even britney has that locked down.
