I'm sick of the democrats hypocrisy. Democrats are constantly whining about the cruelty of deporting illegal immigrants, criminal aliens, and immigrants with Aids. If only cute little Elian had knocked over a liquor store we could have kept him.

Let an Aids infected drug dealer run across the border and democrats get teary-eyed about the American dream. But if the immigrant is a little boy who lands on our shores because his mother wanted him to grow up in freedom so badly that she was willing to risk her life bringing him here, democrats couldn't deport him fast enough.

Not only that Janet Reno a Democrat sent a swat team to the house to get him. They pointed a gun to his head. Democrats are so vile.

again. The law said legitimate children. Elian wasn't Juan illegitimate son. They weren't marries when Elian was born. Elain parents divorce may 1991. Elian was born december 1993. But democrats kept all that a secret.

Common law biologic fathers have no rights to their bastard child. Basically if Elian biological father had lived in Ohio rather than Cuba he would have denied custody.

Plus Florida had already ruled Elian would stay in the USA but nope democrats love Cuba, communist, socialist so much. They sent a swat team at him.

Elian wasn't deported or expelled from the U.S. He was returned to his father in Cuba who had legal custody of him. Elian lived with his father. His mother lived with her boyfriend and got visitation on the weekends. His mother illegally jetted him away to the U.S. with her and the boyfriend, without the father's permission. Florida courts did not rule that he should stay in the U.S. because they have no jurisdiction over Federal Immigration cases. The Federal courts rejected the Miami relatives request for Elian and established that because Elian's father was his primary guardian and did not give permission for him to leave Cuba only he had the legal right to apply for asylum for Elian. His father demanded that he be returned to Cuba, therefore his relatives in Miami had no right to keep him.

All was well until those democrats got involved. the democrats even said Cuba was a great place to live.lmao. Basically democrats just love socialism.
