Read these comments. What's funny is I found the original thread these comments were posted in, and NO one was checking them. The members there are all apparently A-Ok with rampanant racism.
A few people said things recently, but those are obviously dailykos members.

Welcome to the world of the new age racial slurs. "Thug" is another one. Outright calling them the n word is too messy and the ultimate faux pas, so instead they verbally desecrate the obvious polish and tact that this family has and demonstrates by bringing them down to the size most appropriate for blacks in the eyes of the Western world (and even other blacks, sadly).
It's too bad they don't see how much they lose when they behave like this. Their gains won't outweigh the damage their image will take as they throw daggers in desperation. On the bright side for them, the masses barely care and have a shitty memory to boot.
