A friend of mine went out with Henry Simmons several times. Nothing happened and he was a gentleman (he's VERY serious about being a Christian). This was after Eva, and before he started dated his ex-coworker who is now his current wife, actress Sophina Brown, from the cancelled show "SHARK".

He didn't go into major details, but Henry told (vented to) my friend that Eva basically did him wrong. He wanted to settle down and have a family, and she wanted to enjoy her fame and extend her 15 minutes. She wasn't ready to get married, and should have turned down his proposal. Personally, I think Eve used Henry, in a way. She certainly didn't love him like that.

Plus, I was told by other friends who attended Clark AU with her, that she was bi. I don't know how true this, but I can definitely see it.

Some extra tea: Henry is not gay, but he did say that Tyler Perry came on to him, when he was filming Madea's Family Reunion. I think that if he really was gay/bi, he wouldn't say anything about a "wanted" come-on by another man. Henry said he turned "Tyletta" down, and my friend said that his tone was one of irritation when he was telling her about it.
