This video was uploaded on May 16th, 2012 at 11:25 am and within 2 hrs, YouTube had pulled the video on a violation of their community guidelines in regards to "Hate Speech". Within 24 hrs, this story of YouTube's censorship had made news on major news outlets across the country, with an outpouring of response in favor of the message in this video.

We are happy to say that YouTube has reinstated the full version of this video, due to the fact that the "Hate Speech" violation was a clear VIOLATION of Freedom of Speech!

What happens to a nation that legalizes same-sex marriage and turn from the biblical command on this issue. Let's take a closer look particularly at Canada which legalized homosexual marriage on July 20, 2005. The question one must ask is legalization of homosexual marriage really about promoting equality to all citizens or does it just gives certain privileges while robbing basic God given rights away from the majority.

Just recently in 2012, the government in Alberta Canada told families that under Alberta's new education act, home-schoolers and faith based schools will not be permitted to teach that homosexual acts are sinful as part of their academic program. In other words, set yourself at war with God. "Whatever the nature of schooling, home-school, private school, private school - we do not tolerate disrespect for differences", said Donna McColl who is the assistant director of communication for education minister Thomas Lukaszuk. Paul Faris of the Homschool Legal Defense Association said "The Minister of Education is clearly signaling that they are in fact planning to violate (to break the law) the private conversations families have in their own homes. A government that seeks that kind of control over personal lives should be feared and opposed", he added.

Donna McColl justified the government's position by pointing to recent supreme court ruling upholding the Quebec's government refusal to exempt families from its controversial ethics and religion culture program. That program which aims to present the spectrum of world religions and lifestyle choices from a neutral stance is required of all students including home schoolers.

The last two years have seen major battles in Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia and now Alberta over the increasing normalization of homosexuality in the schools. Many families feel that this act is not about homosexuality or anything else about the gay issue, but rather about the government trying to control what and how we teach our children. Abraham Lincoln is credited with saying that "the philosophy of the classroom in one generation will be the philosophy of the government in the next" and it is clear to see that the Canadian government is working to control the philosophy in the classroom and they are using the homosexual agenda to do just that.

Why are children constantly the aim of this agenda? For example in 2006, in what is likely Canada's first major political party, the Liberal Party of Canada is proposing lowering the age of consent for anal intercourse in their publicly released book 'A Policy Resolutions'. The liberal party policy resolutions attributed to the British Columbia branch of the party calls for lowering the age of consent for such activity to 14 years of age. "Whereas the current law discriminates against unmarried same sex couples by not permitting unmarried persons under 18 to legally engage in consensual anal intercourse. Be it further resolved that the Liberal Party of Canada urge the Federal Government of Canada to bring the age of consent for anal intercourse in equal pairing with other forms of sexual activity.” I didn't know that was their job.

Unfortunately, the pure innocence of children is not held in high esteem anymore in Canada. Children are now being made a prey both physically and spiritually by the homosexual agenda.


What about freedom of speech in Canada? How has the homosexual agenda affected this God given right? Back in 2002, Alberta pastor Stephen Boissoin wrote a letter to the editor in Red Deer Advocate in which Mr. Boissoin expressed his opinion that homosexuality is immoral and dangerous and called into question new gay rights curriculum permeating the provinces educational system. Stephen Boissoin was ordered by the Alberta Human Rights Commission to desist from expressing these views on homosexuality in any sort of public forum and to pay homosexual activist Dr. Darren Lund $7,000 in damages. In 2009, the Court of the Queen's Bench overturned the Alberta Human Rights Commission hate speech conviction of Reverend Stephen Boissoin.

So, here we are after seven years of bearing the stigma of being called by the state an illegal hater and all the while the state was the one breaking the law. Reverend Boissoin has finally been acquitted but not without leaving a clear negative stamp on any citizen who wants to speak out against homosexuality.

Or what about a former homosexual prostitute turned religious activist William Whatcott who had to argue for his freedom of speech and religion before Canada's top court in October 2011 in a case viewed as the most significant test of the hate laws in years. William Whatcott whose pro-family proselytizing was prosecuted under the anti-hate provision of the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission in 2002 because he dropped thousands of pamphlets in Saskatoon to denounce increasing acceptance of marriage and was fined $17,500. The decision was overturned on appeal and now the case has been brought to the supreme court.

Then there was a catholic bishop in Calvary who was the target of complaints filed with the Alberta Human Rights Commission because he issued a pastoral letter urging Catholics to oppose homosexual marriage.

Folks, these are just a few examples of how the homosexual agenda has taken the hate speech law and used it to shut out the voice of the people. However, these men have the mindset of Peter and John when they said in the book of Acts "We ought to obey God rather than men." (Acts 5:29)

Psalm 9:17 says "The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God." I submit to you that when a nation removes the stop-signs found in God's word, it will not be long until that nation reach corruption, havoc, crime and immorality that leads to ultimate destruction. America we must learn from example what not to do and Canada is just the example when it comes to the issue of homosexuality. It is clear that our biblical foundation in this nation is under attack but not completely lost.

So basically what Canada did, is:

1. Allow equally burdened members of society to enjoy equal rights.
2. Ban hate-speech that is based on overrated works of fiction.

Would you hate on Donna McColl if her "intolerance for disrespect for differences" were brought up in the context of racial, handicap, or religious discrimination?

As for the part of the government controlling personal lives, there's more double standards in there. You would want the government to control the lives of homosexuals and to limit their freedoms. You only oppose such control when it comes to religion, whereas religion is a hobby, a choice, and a lifestyle, and homosexuality is no different from color, height, or other unachangeable aspects you're born with. You want more freedom for hobbies, than for what people cannot help being. You want the government to control the natural behavior of people - and when you're born gay, being gay IS natural for you - for the sake of a hobby (religion).

And if it truly is about the government trying to control what kids are taught rather than the gay issue, then why does this thread smell of another blame-the-homos rampage?
Children should be taught to hate and discriminate against homosexuals as much as they should be taught to build explosives or call black people "the n-word" or tip over people in wheelchairs. NOT.
As long as religion classes refrain from teaching hatred, they can be taught. I was put through Catholic school and was never taught to hate anyone, on the contrary, the belief my religion teachers tried to convey is love for all of God's children.

I agree that kids shouldn't be having ANY kind of sex at age 14, but your kind make it about gays. As if a guy and a girl can't have anal sex and as if other kinds of sex are okay at that age.
I also agree that controlling free speech is a bad move, however where free speech does degenerate into hate speech, some control is wise. The pamphlets hating on gays, are no different than those demonizing the Jews in the Third Reich. You can perfectly support traditional families by emphasizing their advantages, rather than hating on the opposite concept. Do I have to put down dogs in order to tell people how great cats are? No.

As for havoc, crime, and immorality, the most homophobic societies are also the ones with the most havoc, crime, and immorality. Egypt is now entertaining the idea of eating Copts (cannibalism, yes), Iran hangs and stones people to death for the crime of falling in love, Saudi Arabia has children chop off peoples' limbs for petty theft. Almost the entire Middle East is like that and also so happens to be ruled by the kind of hateful religious fanatics like the ones Canada is opposing!

Your whole desire to have religion, a choice of lifestyle, rule peoples' lives beyond the own four walls of the religious, cannot be split from the outcome religious rule has had in the past, and in some Middle Eastern and African countries, even today.

Homosexuality isn't a choice and it isn't taught or learned. Being hateful and small-minded, is.

Egaging in any sexual activity is a choice.

I'm a religious person and I'm appalled at the way people get enraged over gay marriage.

Its one thing to not agree with a person's lifestyle, but its another thing to ban them from living the life they want to, as long as it doesn't hurt others. Everyone has the right to believe what they want and fortunately we live in a country that lets us. But there needs to be a separation of religious views and federal laws. You can't impose your religious belief on another person. Quoting scriptures against homosexuality has no purpose when we're talking about an individual's RIGHT to do something.

I'm disgusted at how much negativity homosexuality gets, when there are plenty other acts in the bible that are also equally discouraged. Fornication being a popular one. People will vehemently be against homosexuality for "religious" reasons while not even flinching when their family, friends or co-workers discuss their non-marital sexual encounters. Its all very hypocritical and homophobic to say the least.

Even if you think homosexuality is a sin. You don't have any right to impose your views on others. Some religions think charging interest for a loan or eating non-kosher food goes against Gods teachings. It does not mean that we need to cater our laws to that. You can believe whatever you want, but let the state make what laws it needs to make to ensure all citizens enjoy equal rights.

I'm a bit irate right now, and decent religious people who do not hate and judge and oppress all over the place are absolutely not targeted by the following post and I hope not to offend them.

God is the least reasonable argument against homosexuality. I would rather buy the Aids argument than "But but but God!". Until God prooves to me that he a) exists and b) disapproves of buttfuckery, he can shove it.

If religious people are trying to impose their will on my life or others lives through the law, yes I will speak out against it. I really don't care what people believe. You could believe the tree in your front yard is your messiah. If you try to change the law or impede changes in the law based on that belief, that will affect my life or my family's life, you better believe I will speak out against it.

And when I talked about interest, I was referring to islamic teachings. I have no clue what the jewish or christian god says about charging interest, and don't care. The fact of the matter is things like that should not be a consideration in how we make our laws.
