Nice to see his victims finding a united voice and getting the word out. Maybe this dialogue will help spare a heart or two. Homophobia: The only thing I found disturbing was lumping Mervyn in with Take Sex's other scum puppies merely because he is gay. That's not a moral wrong or a deviant behavior. The American Psychiatric Association declared decades ago that the only dysfunctional behavior resulting from homosexuality is discriminatory behavior exhibited by the ignorant. The fact that this group of playas banned a member for being born gay is far more damning of the systemic flaws in their personal belief system and faith than it is of Mervyn. Typically, those that are condemnatory of the gay population are sexually conflicted themselves and paranoid that their own homosexual or bisexual tendencies will be correctly identified. The fact that neither he/nor his "family"(Group) have made NO attempt whatsoever to pay back the THOUSANDS of dollars he defaulted on to a single mother that he worked on and TRICKED into believing was in a "marriage" oriented relationship with him(for years) while he sneakily carried on his devious behavior behind her back -telling her and most all of us that we were the only one and he was certainly NOT INVOLVED with anyone else makes me disgusted beyond belief! Mr. McKnight's cavalier attitude towards moral wrongs and criminal misconduct is pornographic. This seems to be a common thread in his life: pornography, deceit and a well calloused right hand. Defrauding single mothers out of tens of thousands isn't a minor sin that can be absolved by a manufactured, self-anointed pseudo ministry. Nor does it vanish with the misdirection of Take 6's well scripted stage craft. It's a breach of contract, plain and simple: failure to honor a promissory note to which Mr. McKnight will have to answer for in a court of law. Just as he has had to contend with back child support owing for children born out of wedlock; for being a deadbeat father, in addition to being a deadbeat boyfriend. Take 6 is nothing more than a gang of opportunistic, chauvinistic, serial womanizers that falsely represent the group as a "ministry", when it's little more than a facade used to facilitate the philandering of its members. This group of misogynists sing gospel for one reason alone: it's a highly commercial product. None of the men appear to practice what they preach. If they did, they wouldn't treat their bastard children as castaways; their lovers as loan officers and temporary receptacles. The facade is crumbling. Soon there will exist only the rubble of hypocrisy and dogma. In this new age of race relations in the United States, it's sad to see Claude McKnight give credence to the stereotype of the African American male as sexual predator and indifferent father. I just looked at the Take 6 website and I doubt there is even a point in trying to warn or inform any of his fans there. They obviously don't care at all about his hurtful behavior. Yes, One2many. You are right about all of that. And believe me, these guys keep getting still working in the business and known to most people as industry sweethearts. People and organizations are still paying them to spread the Gospel and they are shouting praises to God for it. They are in NO way sitting around feeling badly about their actions. They have the attitude that God will take care of them no matter what they do so they're actually proud of their falls and rises because to them, it's all a part of their spiritual journey. They surround themselves with people who will tell them they are good, forgiven, worthy of being loved, etc. They thrive off of that. It's what keeps them from hating themselves and seeing themselves for who they truly are. If they were to truly accept responsibility for everything and be willing to deal with the consequences, they may not have their source of income anymore and that's what it all boils down to. Believe me, they only admit to what they have been CAUGHT doing! Lol. Whoever knows their dirty little secrets and poses a threat to reveal or not live in full a$$ kissing mode, are immediately cut off from their inner circle. Whoever expressed the pain and reveals the truth about them and their own personal experience is made to seem jaded and their feelings swept under the rug. But that dirt is still there and it's so very ugly.

A person truly interested in reform and rehab gets healing, willingly accepts whatever punishment comes their way out of remorse and does everything in their power to make good on their wrongs. They don't keep reminding others of how THEY revealed all the mess in the first place (such BS, he only did that because he knew his stuff was about to be on blast!) Instead they promote themselves as a victim and ask their fans to overlook the ugly truths that people are writing about them on the internet? Perhaps they should welcome their fans to see them for who they really. Those in this group who are trying to get away with all they can know who they are. They are super slick and know the game they are playing with the hearts and lives of women.

And not one single one of those soooo called Fake role models have come forward to see how ripping off 30,000 dollars might be affecting daily, the person he did it to-a hard working single mother-no less! DISGUSTING!!! They should ALL be ashamed...

Yep, they just keep accepting gigs and using the money for themselves. I'm assuming management was made aware of this as well and didn't offer a payment plan? Perhaps a garnishment could be set in place. Knowing this guy, he would probably turn the tables and threaten slander for the exposure, Lol. I wouldn't even put that past him.
