There are plenty of times where you should believe the child over the parents because PARENTS LIE AS WELL. Why do you think so many children are killed every year by abusive parents? Because someone did not believe them. If a child says they are being beaten, you dig until you find the truth. NEVER just dismiss a child's words just because they are a child. Likewise, never believe an adult simply because they are grown.
He is a grown man and if he has no more self control that what he supposedly displayed, he is not a man at all.
