Over here in tears we come from such a strong cloth. IMO we dont appreciate that as much as we should. We come in many shapes, colors and forms all over the world, and Black is beautiful in all of them. Such a rich, strong culture and it brings my heart joy when we unite in love. It breaks my heart when I see us killing and fighting one another and when I see so many talented brothers and sisters throwing their talents away. Seeing the unity right here in these pictures though brings some sense of peace for me, we are not perfect but we have to strive to be the good people God destined us to be.
When we know better, we are supposed to do better.
Sorry, once again I started rambling on but this really struck a chord with me. Anyway President Obama and First Lady Michelle look so comfortable and happy and so at home with our people there. I may get in trouble but, its great to see them taking time out to spend with people on the other side of the world that look like me/us.

Ghana is one of the BEST countries in AFRICA.
The people are VERY HUMBLE, VERY FRIENDLY TO A FAULT, VERY GOD FEARING AND UTTERLY RESPECTFUL. THEY HATE BLOOD SHED AND THATS WHY THEY HAS NEVER BEEN A CIVIL WAR EVER IN THAT COUNTRY, THEY'D RATHER LET BYGONES BE BYGONES
On top of that they are so God Fearing and Prayerful, voted the 2nd most praying nation in the world by Christian Associations - Ghanaians will pray from dusk to dawn if they need a problem solved - starting from a young age.
