Ok...my opinion...Kim got a brazillian but lift or fat transfer and she is losing a ton of weight...making the implants or whatever look un balanced...she doesn't wear but pads...seen her ass before in the beach pics with Reggie...it is sagging in a bikini as well...I'm thinking fat transfer or implants that are drooping...
