Those cake and cookie ones ruin my diet lol! makes me hungry all the time. Cleaning lady uses some stuff to clean that smells like When you walk into Abercrombie and Fitch. dont know what that smell is but its so clean. love it!
I can't stand cleaning stuff like pine-sol and fabuloso. The only things I use to clean is bleach and a little bit of dish soap. Just because something smells good doesn't mean it's clean.

I've been using Bath and Body works Wallflowers and 3 wick candles. THe scents are hit or miss. I got excited during the last sale and bought the like 6 of the 2pack Japanese Cherry Blossom wallflowers. I get em home, plug like 3 between my open living/dining/kitchen area and I can't really even smell em. So mad!
My favorite wall flower was Island Colada and they messed around and discontinued it. The candles, I agree do burn fast and smell like smoke when you blow them out. Other than that the scents do last long.
There's a Marshalls close to me that has a looooot of candles. Like a whole section. I've never tried them because I was afraid something was wrong with them if they are at Marshalls. I think I'm going to be adventurous and try maybe 2 to see how they go.
I don't even like red velvet cake, can't stand it actually, but it smells sooooooo goooooooood that I let the lady at Yankee Candle talk me into getting it last week, and I needed another candle like I need a hole in my head.
I haven't lit/warmed it yet--I'm waiting for the "right time."
You're serious about your smell-good stash aren't you?
I shouldn't be talking because I'm just as bad. Only difference is that my stash consists of LOTS of bottles of oils and a few waxes. I'm currently down to my last candle.

Serious as a heart attack!!! I got a text message this morning from the Bath and Body Works app saying that 3-wick candles were $8 each, and I got my ass to the mall so damn fast! I had a $10 of $30 purchase coupon and I spent a $20 gift certificate which means I got four full-sized candles for less than four dollars. (I only buy them when they're on sale--Yankee Candles, too. I won't pay full price for any candle, really. Except for that one time.) And today's events transpired as if I hadn't JUST gotten a box of candles (from a BBW online order) in the mail earlier this week. I bought more scented wax today, too. I figure I probably need an intervention of some sort.

I've been falling off on my home scents. But I'm about to get back on top of it. Currently I have a Hawaiian Sunset Renuzit in my laundry room (near the trash can). And that's about it. I usually use wallflowers and reed diffusers. Haven't used candles in awhile. Stopped buying the BBW candles bc of the smokey (burnt hair) smell they give off when you light them and blow them out.

I'm confused as to why a dude would even post in a thread like this. It's pretty much established that women are the ones who like candles and other scented things prettying up the atmosphere and y'all don't like that shit. My husband couldn't give a damn about no fucking candle, but he tolerates the smells (and he can't distinguish one from the next ) because I'm an addict. I'm like, "This one is strawberry, and that one is cinnamon, and they smell the same?" And he's like, "Yep." It's almost tragic that males can't appreciate a good fragrance.
Then when Yankee Candle does "man candles" they make them smell like wood and footballs, which only exacerbates the problem. Maybe they should make a "bleach" scented candle. I can't!

OMG Farmer's Market is one of my current FAVORITE scents. I don't want to even burn my candle. I just want to walk over to my stash and sniff it a few times a day.

I'm into wax melts lately, and these are the TRUTH:
I bought a package last week, and after melting one cube I went back and got a second package and a plug-in warmer to put by my front door, near the Christmas tree. The tree is artificial but I like having the tree smell in the house anyway, and these have the best Christmas tree smell of almost anything I've ever tried.
They did a good job with this scent.
