NBA Awards:
Most Improved player: Ryan Anderson
Rookie of the year: Kyrie Irving
Defensive player of the year: Tyson Chandler
6th man of the year: James Harden
MVP: LeBron James (this statistically is one of the greatest season in NBA history, and the crazy thing is LeBron isn't as good now as he was in Cleveland, but he plays to his strengths better).
Coach of the year: I think Thibs should get it, but someone like Scott Brooks or Popovich will win it.The Bulls aren't an uber talented team, but they play extremely hard, unselfish and together as a team. I think that's indicative of great coaching, especially when your best player has been oft injured this year.

Nah, my Lakers are not better without Kobe. LOL i don't understand why the espn analysts or fans say that. Without Kobe, they wouldn't even be the 3rd seed in the West lol. Now i will say they are more of a TEAM, without Kobe, meaning more ball movement, offense runs better, but as a whole, hell naw! Kobe draws so much attention on his name alone, teams always center their whole entire defensive plan to stop Kobe. He draws the double/triple teams mostly which frees up Bynum/Pau etc. Their FG% has gone HELLA down since kobe ain't been playing.
Mavs fucked up when they let Tyson Chandler walk, or traded him or whatever. Guess they bankin on D.Will and Dwight this offseason.
Ryan Anderson was in my list for most improved, along with Andrew Bynum. This is Bynum's first real breakout season after numerous injuries so it's clear he improved. I can see it going either way.
MVP: Man, it's gunna be between Lebron and Durant. And i think it should go to whoever's team has the better record. Their personal stats for this season are pretty identical to me.
Lebron: 27.1 ppg, 7.9 rpg, 6.3 apg, 53%fg, 76%ft, 36% 3pt,
Durant: 27.8 ppg, 7.9 rpg, 3.5 apg, 50%fg, 85%ft, 37% 3pt
Lebron has Durant on fg% and assists, while Durant has him on ft% and 3pt%. Their field goal precentage really isn't that far off, considering Lebron gets ALOT of his points from dunks and layups while Durant is primarily a jump shooter.
Plus when OKC and MIA played in OKC, Durant outplayed Lebron. He had more points better efficiency, and his team won by nearly 20. When OKC and MIA played in MIA, Lebron outplayed Durant, but not by that much. And MIA only won by 6.
Basically, the MVP can clearly go either way, and I see it going to who's ever team has the better record, so i wouldn't be surprised if Durant gets it.
Oh yea, last page i said i had Bulls winning. But ppl sleeping on the Spurs. I wanna see a Bulls/Spurs final. 2 great coaches, 2 well balanced teams. Should be a good matchup
