She doesn't look that much better, but it's an improvement over the "monster" look she had before.

Damn shame. She was a beautiful woman who didn't NEED to touch her face at all.

RHOM cast member, Mother Elsa Patton filmed an episode at the Miami-Institute for Age Management on Wednesday, March 28…

SH’s inside source, who works in PR, reveals this is the same center where Marysol gets her numerous and excessive injections.





In this episode, the doctors are seeing if they can possibly help scrape away all the illegal liquid silicone that Elsa had injected in her face almost 25 plus years ago… and then reconstruct the muscle tissue and skin.

The trade off is the Plastic Surgery Center gets exposure and Mama Elsa gets a new face.

She is hideous. The first time I seen her i literally screamed. I thought she had a disease or something. They couldn't PAY me enough to destroy my face like that. I'd tell my mom she had to sit this one out (when it came to filming)

She was gorgeous in her younger years.

That can happen when you physical features are overvalued compared to other aspects of your self.


PS-- someone who did that face had it out for her...or someone else had it out for her and paid that plastic surgeon off!

She didn't do that to herself on purpose, but like many Miami women, her stupid ass went and got it done by those "backroom" doctors (if they were doctors that is). Her face is the result of something that fucked up so many chicks.

Black women are getting the same treatment, but for ass shots.

Her face is a result of illegal "botox" parties from back in the day. A real surgeon did NOT do that to her face. She was too cheap or wasn't aware of the dangers of people passing themselves off as "qualified" to do these types of things.

It was 25 years ago, so I can understand the naivete, but still...bitch was NOT broke. She should have investigated more, but I guess like most beautiful women of her era she was "looks" pretty and nothing else.

She needs to stay away from plastic surgery altogether, it has not been kind to her. She should also have eyebrows adjusted to fit her face...reshaping, not plastic surgery. I can see a slight improvement with her new surgeon.

Yes, she looks more human than before.

I think she still has more work to do with him before he's done.

I dunno. If I was her, I'd try to find some old school plastic surgeon who did work back in the days when you could NOT tell someone had work done. He doesn't have to perform it, but most definitely STAND IN and oversee how to correct her face PROPERLY.

Or...do like Bridget Nielsen did and go to GERMANY to refix her face.
