Well we at RumorFix now know the truth about why it’s a big secret.
Brandi exclusively tells RumorFix “I can’t [talk about it]! Her [Adrienne's] lawyers made Bravo take it out and me not talk about it.”
But we do get a little insight into Brandi’s head after reading her blog.
She writes, “I know, It’s shocking right? My mouth gets me into a lot of trouble but this time I pissed off the wrong rich person.” She goes on to say, “We all make mistakes, and if I could take this back I would trust me! I can’t, so now I just have to deal. Boy is it going to be expensive!”
“My frustrations with Adrienne since last season’s reunion have been boiling for some time, and I finally reached my breaking point. I understand why Paul was upset with me and he was just defending his wife’s honor. But I don’t even think Paul was aware [at the time] of how underhanded she could be.”
Also, remember that weird conversation at dinner in Ojai when they all started talking about their birth experiences? I'm thinking maybe that was a little bit of foreshadowing.
IF that's it, it's probably true, because if it wasn't, then why else would Adrienne and Paul freak out like they did? If she birthed her own children, then she'd just laugh off Brandi's "lies," show somebody her stretch marks, or the kids' birth certificates, and move on instead of accusing her of defamation of character. And she is 51 with young children (a 9-year-old and 6-year-old twins), so it wouldn't be unthinkable at all that she'd need to use a surrogate to have children.
I'm thinking maybe it was about Adrienne cheating on Paul? I dunno...what do you think?
The more Brandi opens her mouth, her ex-husbands for leaving her are more and more evident. The girl is an insecure, potty mouth who just can't keep her mouth shut unless she has a penis in it. She's annoying and I can't wait for her run in the media to come crashing down. She may sell her stories to the tabloids but sooner rather than later someone's going to sell something about her and then she'll keep that big mouth of hers shut.
I think Brandi found out that Adrienne didn't physically birth her kids so Brandi put Adrienne's fake ass on blast. I mean really, is it so hard to believe? The woman never eats. She picks over her food and is damn near invisible. Adrienne got an attorney to shut Brandi up because she doesn't want her image distorted.
I'm thinking Adrienne talked about Paul being sexually inadequate or something along those lines.
Because he called it character assassination.

Wetpaint confirmed Brandi said Adrienne used surrogates to carry all three kids. If you recall, Adrienne claimed on last week's episode that she had a c-section.
The surrogate also makes sense since Adrienne is 51 and her oldest (the twins I think) are 7 or 8.
There’s still a lot of drama yet to be revealed on Season 3 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but one thing is clear: on this Monday’s episode Adrienne Maloof and her (now ex) husband Dr. Paul Nassif get into a raging argument with co-star Brandi Glanville. So far, no one’s offered an explanation as to why the former couple takes such major issue with Brandi. Now, Wetpaint Entertainment can exclusively reveal the reason.
“There’s a gathering that most of the cast attends except Adrienne,” an RHoBH insider tells Wetpaint Entertainment. “And during the party, Brandi takes issue with the fact that Adrienne insists she had her three boys naturally, while Brandi insists Paul and Adrienne used a surrogate."
Later, Kim Richards tells Adrienne and Paul and they go nuts.
“Was it the most tactful thing to say? No,” the insider continues. “But Brandi and Adrienne already had some underlying issues with each other, which were clear during the cast trip to Ojai. And as we all know, Brandi has a very knee-jerk reaction when she thinks people are lying or being fake. This was her way of reacting to something she thought Adrienne was being dishonest about.
“What’s unfair is what you’ll see later in the season, which is certain people blaming Brandi for Adrienne and Paul’s split,” the insider adds. “Which is just ridiculous. One comment does not destroy a marriage. Obviously there was a lot more going on between Paul and Adrienne than anyone was aware of. But to blame Brandi for that one comment is silly.”
Whether Brandi’s right or not, we certainly don’t know. We weren’t in the delivery room. But we love how Brandi’s not afraid to speak her mind… or how Adrienne’s unafraid to give it right back!
Why is it such a big deal that she got a surrogate? So what?? Why is she afraid that this is going to ruin her image?
Brandi needs to be worried about why her husband left her for LeAnn Rimes versus why someone MAYBE had a surrogate. How would she even know? If she paid so much attention to her own marriage, maybe she'd still be married instead of left for an anorexic below-average has-been country singer.
On TWOP, they're speculating that 1) Brandi said Adrienne didn't have her kids biologically, and 2) that Adrienne and Paul had an open marriage.
Isn't Adrienne pushing 50? I never thought she birthed her children.

If the surrogate story is true, why would Brandi feel the need to spread it especially if the kids have no idea. That's hurtful. Could care less about Adrienne but there's no reason for her children to be hurt by info they may not know about or need to know about.
Brandi is desperate for air time. She'll do anything to keep her name in the press. Her need for notoriety and attention is going to cost her her children. 2013 is going to be a very bad year for her.
i was thinking it was something regarding the kids, maybe even abuse. cuz adrienne at one point when she found out what brandi said, made a comment along the lines of "she has too much time on her hands cuz she doesn't take care of her own kids". and then later during the confrontation she said something about brandi sleeping in till 3 pm and not taking care of her sons. i think she brought up brandi's kids because brandi's comment had something to do with adrienne's kids.
and anyway, didn't adrienne make an allegation that paul was physically abusive towards the kids? i swear i read something about that. so if i'm right then she ended up spilling the beans anyway
