Victoria Rowell calls out Young & The Restless on Twitter

Apparently Victoria Rowell woke up this morning and realized she spent 17 years working with an all-white cast and staff.
And she is NOT pleased.
On her Twitter she is ranting and raving about how The Young and The Restless is the #1 soap opeara on television yet they don't have any Black directors, writers, stylists or hair and makeup artsts.
Dang. If you weren't part of the Neil Winters clan you just weren't on the set.
Through her rant we get all the dirt about how some of the Black staffers were mistreated and sabotaged.
She accuses Y&R of living behind a bubble. Perhaps. But I wonder if she raised these issues when she worked there. Cause tweeting her disgruntlement from the safety of her Atlanta home sounds like a bubble to me too. But whatever.

And Victoria, you reaped the rewards for umpteen years and didn't care - NOW you got a problem with it? Her check must've been late this month or something, lol.

*Yawn* So I guess White people don't care about her so she is trying to rile up a race storm to get some attention. Well I hope this fails.

It's waaay too late for this soap operas are on their way out in the next couple of years there's only gonna be game and talk shows on daytime TV.

Black people love them some Y&R though it was my mother's favorite show.

Dang Dru, I was hoping to see you again on Y&R, but with all this drama I doubt I'll happen. Malcolm's girl Sophia did have a horrible makeup application yesterday. And Lily's wig during her illness was not the business, but I do love some Y&R.

That's why I feel like it is a moot point now. She should have said something earlier if she hadn't already.

Why wait 17yrs later to speak up?Yeah ok. When the money & exposure was good her ass was quiet as a mouse.

Dru get over it... I was outraged right along with ya when ya got fired...but heyyy its been a few years & you still cant sell that book, despite all ya rants & raves.... in fact now ya starting to look a lil looney.....

I loved Dru on Y & R back in the day, however, All My Children wins the soap opera race with Angie and Jessie. I don't watch any of them anymore though.

Victoria is beautiful, but I really think she is a bit crazy, like really crazy. I wish she was on the RHWATL.
