You're a nameless faceless font on a messageboard you can't hurt me. Now move along unless you have something to add on the actual topic otherwise you are derailing the thread which is against the rules.
Let this be a formal warning too, so its clear.
Good day sir.

Girl yes. I'm fickle when it comes to figuring out what to major in (not what I want to do with my life). There are just too many major/minor combinations, but so little time, especially since I have a scholarship. I have way too many interests and ideas.
My main goal is to go to grad school for School Psychology. I forgot to mention that I'm minoring in Childhood Studies (I'm also going to complete some type of early education certificate program that focuses on learning disorders in the near future, most likely at a CC). This will be my primary career.
With Evo Bio, I'll have the option of pursuing Evolutionary Psychology, going to grad school for museum studies with an emphasis in natural history (would love this!), genetic counseling, etc. (obviously grad school and beyond for all of these options)
Evo Bio is more so something I'm pursuing for both pleasure/interest and more career options. Since I'll be a school psych, I'll technically be out of a job during the summer. It'd be cool to be able to work at a museum, act as a science educator for a non-profit, etc during the summer months.
With both majors, I can get into non-profits, most likely geared towards kids and education, summer enrichment programs, etc. I have a strong background doing this. (This is why I'd considered pursuing business management with an emphasis on non-profits at one point in time. You remember me bringing that up? fickle, fickle, fickle )
Concerning engineering, I would have loved to major in it, but it took me too long to realize that; very ironic because I was literally groomed to pursue something of that nature. I only have 3 more semesters for my scholarship, and it would take more time to fulfill the requirements for an engineering track/program, so I'm going to return to school later on (early 30s) to pursue engineering as a freshman for this particular field. I haven't started any programs for engineering or anything. It's just a plan; either engineering or accounting. Like I said, I'm fickle.
Is all of that confusing? My mom just goes "mmm hmm" when I tell her about my plans. But I am both serious and excited about my future as a school psych. I just always feel a pull towards the hard sciences and maths becausethe majority of my schooling was dedicated to them. I can't help but love them, so I do plan on pursuing a career in that as well.
Why am I so damn wordy?

I totally get it. I have been kicking around the idea of getting a MBA or a PhD in Physics. Those are very different tracks with extremely different outcomes. I was a lot more sure when I was younger and now I see all that life has to offer and it has me rethinking a few things. You are young, and life has a lot to show you that you haven't even conceived of yet, and you will laugh at this plan when you are in your early 30s LOL.

rofl Very true, I've finally stopped obsessing about being so scattered. I'm 20, and I'm sure I'll laugh about this wayyyy before my early 30s.
I used to be sooooo jealous of folks that entered knowing exactly what they wanted to do; but there were others that seemed miserable and zombie-like, pursuing things JUST for the future money.
I'm excited. I want to get into research, experimentation, join a board of trustees, plan curriculum for kids with specific learning disorders, spearhead education reform, volunteer time and motivate kids during the summer, etc.

I love how ambitious you are.
I was one of those kids that "knew" what they wanted very early. What I want doesn't deviate too far from that but I definitely feel like I missed out on exploration from being so focused on early on.
You will figure it out though. You're smart so whatever you settle on you're sure to be successful at.
