Below, the death mask is compared with pictures of MJ around the same age. Note how the lines cross the same points (corners of the mouth, for example). Notice also the way the chin is asymmetrical in both cases. MJ’s later augmentation of his chin removed this asymmetry.
Below I’ve done a geometrical comparison between Mozart’s death mask and MJ. Aside from Michael’s reshaped nose and eyebrows, the facial geometry looks identical.
I promise you this doesn’t work so neatly with, say, MJ and Beethoven!
(Or, for that matter, with the faces of Mozart and, let’s say, John Lennon.)

Re: MJ Miscellaneous Thread
Page 3 Michael Jackson Reincarnation
Finally, here is a comparison between the death mask and a weirdly similar 3D scan of MJ’s face. Apparently, this 3D facial scan was made at Michael’s behest in 1996, when he was 37 years old. (The actual scan data was recently put up for auction on eBay for $1.5m!) Mozart was a lot chubbier than MJ, but the underlying structure and general “tone” look very similar. [click for enlargement]
So, if this apparent reincarnation from Mozart to Michael Jackson is valid, then this one soul has managed to become both the greatest musical composer the world has ever known and the most popular musical entertainer on the planet.
Other lives in-between?
What about between the lives of Mozart and Michael Jackson?
According to various channels, in terms of the soul/personality classificatory system used in the Michael teachings, Mozart was a “3rd level Mature soul” and MJ was a “5th level Mature soul”. Incidentally, their soul type was originally said to be Sage [in
], but the consensus now is that this is an http://personalityspirituality.wordpress.com/teachings/the-michael-teachings/the-seven-roles-in-essence/the-artisan-soul/ soul. Michael Jackson has recently been channelled (via both http://holly-howdoesyourgardengrow.blogspot.com/2009/07/michael-jackson-and-chiron-return.html and http://www.themichaelteachings.net/category/celebrities-historic-figures/) to be a Mature Artisan soul with, during this life, a goal of Acceptance, a Spiritualist attitude and a mode of Passion, and with the http://personalityspirituality.wordpress.com/teachings/the-michael-teachings/chief-features/ of http://personalityspirituality.wordpress.com/teachings/the-michael-teachings/chief-features/self-deprecation/ and possibly http://personalityspirituality.wordpress.com/teachings/the-michael-teachings/chief-features/self-destruction/. He also had “a very etheric, frail Solar/Neptune body type with high female energy.”
Anyway, the terms 3rd level Mature and 5th level Mature refer to stages in a soul’s evolutionary development. In each soul’s path of reincarnation it passes through five major evolutionary stages, much as human beings grow into adulthood: (1) Infant soul, (2) Baby soul, (3) Young soul, (4) Mature soul and (5) Old soul. So “Mature” describes a soul in the 4th stage.
Now each stage consists of seven distinct growth steps (making 35 steps in all — see table below). Each level of growth involves a unique learning experience, and that learning experience requires a whole lifetime to set up, undergo and assimilate. In fact, it often takes two, three or four lifetimes to complete a single step.
So, if this is the same soul, then it went through the third level of the Mature soul stage as Mozart (step 24) and later it went through the fifth level of that stage as Michael Jackson (step 26; incidentally, I’m at exactly the same step). In which case, there must have been at least one life in-between when the soul underwent the fourth level. So it seems likely that in the 167 years between Mozart’s death in 1791 and Michael Jackson’s birth in 1958, the same soul would have incarnated at least once.
Eston Hemings Jefferson
I have recently come across the work of past-life researcher Walter Semkiw who consults a spirit guide through well-known medium Kevin Ryerson. Semkiw has enquired into the past lives of Michael Jackson. Although the Mozart connection was not confirmed, Semkiw has also been told (through Ryerson) that Michael Jackson had a nineteenth-century incarnation in the USA. On this occasion, the soul had been “a highly talented and well-known mulatto musician” who was “a son of Thomas Jefferson and Sally Hemings.”
Sally Hemings was in fact an African-American slave owned by Thomas Jefferson, the U.S. President. It was widely claimed at the time that President Jefferson fathered several children with her after his wife’s death. ( Sally Heming’s descendants can still be found today.)
(1808-1856) was the youngest of these, and most historians now believe that Jefferson was indeed his father.
Eston Hemings, born a slave, was granted freedom at the age of twenty-one by Jefferson’s will. He initially pursued a trade in wood-working with his older brother Madison, another likely son of Jefferson’s. In 1832 Eston married a “free woman of color”, Julia Ann. Approaching thirty, Eston moved with his family to Chillicothe, Ohio, starting a new life as a professional musician. He played violin and lead a successful dance band who were much in demand all across southern Ohio. In 1852, amid rising racial tensions in their locale, Eston and family moved to Madison, Wisconsin, where they changed their surname to Jefferson and were registered as white.
Unfortunately there appear to be no portraits of Eston. However, a newspaper correspondent wrote of him in 1902: Eston Hemings was of a light bronze color, a little over six feet tall, well proportioned, very erect and dignified; his nearly straight hair showed a tint of auburn, and his face, indistinct suggestion of freckles. Quiet, unobtrusive, polite and decidedly intelligent, he was soon very well and favorably known to all classes of our citizens, for his personal appearance and gentlemanly manners attracted everybody’s attention to him.
It was once remarked that the bronze statue of Thomas Jefferson in Washington looked just like the mulatto-coloured Eston in the flesh.
Obviously, skin colour and racial identity were issues during this life. Could this be related in some way to Michael Jackson’s skin disorder, vitiligo?
It also looks like this life, if we assume it was a past life of MJ, could have developed this soul’s great love of dancing.
An earlier incarnation?
In addition to receiving the information about Eston Hemings Jefferson, Walter Semkiv was told that Michael Jackson had a previous incarnation in seventeenth-century Europe as the French musician Charles Coypeau d’Assoucy (1605-1677), shown right. D’Assoucy was a talented and generally successful musician, entertainer and poet, but he was often in trouble, quite possibly over a certain fondness for young boys. ( No comment!) He was also part of a circle of artisitic free-thinkers which included Molière and Cyranno de Bergerac; they liked to shock audiences with what was at that time regarded as a flamboyant, unrestrained style.
So, it’s entirely possible that the soul who was Mozart and Michael Jackson had an earlier incarnaton as Charles Coypeau d’Assoucy. If d’Assoucy and Hemings are valid, then we could have a sequence of lives as follows, perhaps with some missing: - Charles Coypeau d’Assoucy (1605-1677)
- Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791)
- Eston Hemings Jefferson (1808-1856)
- Michael Jackson (1958-2009)

Re: MJ Miscellaneous Thread
Wow, QTeeZeen, that is really interesting stuff that you posted about Michael and Mozart. Someone had posted a similar thing at MJJC and I thought it was brilliant because it seemed like she came up with it on her own! LOL! So this is from a book?
Anyways, I wanted to post this beautiful piece. Michael is supposedly mentioned warmly in a biography about Freddie Mercury.
Thanks to ashtanga at MJJC for posting this!
Quote:
Peter Freestone was a friend and personal assistant of Freddie Mercury. In his book about Freddie that was released a few years ago and released again in 2009, he wrote the epilogue dedicated to Michael. I found a site in the epilogue, and here's what Peter wrote about Michael:

I believe the photo was taken by Neal Preston, backstage at the FORUM in Los Angeles USA.
The first time I met Michael Jackson was backstage at The Forum in Los Angeles in early July 1980. He was at the QUEEN show that evening and came to see the band afterwards. He spent time with John Deacon and they talked about ‘Another One Bites the Dust’ which Michael says must be a single. He also spent time with Freddie. He was 22 years old and was like an excited teenager. He had really enjoyed the show and was still ‘up’ from it.
The next time was a couple of years later when Freddie had been invited to Michael’s house in Encino, just north of Hollywood. We arrived at the house, having passed a security tower at the gate. We got out of the car at a mock Tudor mansion, bricks at the lower level, and white stucco and wooden beams above. Michael came to greet us with a big smile, obviously proud of his house. Before we could go in, he insisted we accompany him on a tour of the grounds. I will never forget Freddie Mercury walking through mud, wearing white jeans and white tennis shoes, talking to llamas! We were shown all the animals and taken down to a pond where Michael had swans. Michael had a real love for these animals and birds; they were part of ‘his family’, as Freddie’s friends were part of his.
Michael took us into the house. I don’t know how many rooms there were in it. I do know that Michael lived there with his mother, Katherine, his two sisters, Latoya and Janet, and there were rooms for guests should anybody stay over. As we entered Michael’s bedroom, I was struck by three things, that gave an insight to Michael.. All around the room, on the floor were his gold and platinum awards for ‘Thriller’. They obviously meant a lot to him, he kept them close, but he didn’t need to show them to the world, he didn’t need to show everybody how good he was. The second thing was the large terrarium along one wall containing his snake. Much had been made in the press about this favourite creature, and he was in Michaels’s room, but under heavy planks of wood kept in place with many bricks. He may have been a ‘friend’, but kept very securely. Third and last was- in the middle of the room was a king-size mattress on the floor.
Freddie asked Michael “where is the bed? You have enough money to buy one!” Michael’s reply “when I sleep I like to sleep close to the earth”, “But we are up on the first floor!” retorted Freddie. We were shown through many rooms including a film room which had a vast library of films where I watched one, while Freddie and Michael worked, joined by Janet. Another wonderful situation was when Freddie was in the toilet, Michael took me to his video games room and we played the early version of table tennis. There were two players, one black and the other white. We started playing and Michael was the one who pointed out that we were playing the opposite colours – “I’m playing the white and you’re playing the black!”
On the way to the studio at the back of the ground floor we were taken through the kitchen where we were introduced to Katherine, Michael’s mother. She was very kind and hospitable. When Freddie asked for an ashtray, she produced a jam jar lid, as no one in the house smoked! The work comprised of a Michael track, ‘State of Shock’, which only needed another vocal, which Freddie happily provided. When they had finished it really only needed mixing, but sadly after this session time was the enemy and Freddie and Michael never had free time together, so Michael got Mick Jagger to put his vocal on this and it was released in this form.
The next was a Freddie piece he was just working on at this time. There was a piano tune and Freddie had come up with a few words. Freddie sat at the piano and let Michael try the singing. Where there were no words written Freddie told Michael to ad-lib, which he did with words about love. Michael then ordered in some food for us all. There were these large platters of cold meats, salads, bread, and fruit. We started in, but Michael wouldn’t touch any as he was a strict vegetarian at the time and would only have food made by his mother.
Work was started on a third track with a working title ‘Victory’. There was only one technician in the studio. There were no instruments set up and no musicians. Freddie and Michael worked in much the same way. At the start of a track they need a drum track to keep the beat, and then they add music and instruments to this. Michael had a clever idea for the bass drum beat. He and Freddie were in the control room with the technician and I spent 5 minutes banging a toilet door in perfect time!! Somewhere in Michael’s vaults there is a tape of me!!
The studio was a place of work for both Freddie and Michael, but watching them you could also imagine two children in a play room. Both of them would throw their hands in the air and burst out laughing when either of them made a mistake, but it really was a serious business too. Thinking back now to this time watching these two masters of their craft were together in one place putting this music together, gives me goose bumps.
Who was Michael Jackson for me? I met a beautiful young man. He and Freddie had much in common. He was confident, and already an incredible musician and performer. He was a resourceful technician and a considerate human being. He never once treated me any differently than he did Freddie. He thought of others in situations even though it might have had nothing to do with him. In the few conversations I had with him, I got the impression that he had few friends. He was working almost all of the time and had many professional connexions and associates. Maybe he was already a bit lonely, having to have so much security at that early age, and having to resort to bringing indoors the entertainment anyone else his age could go out for. He was only 3 years younger than me, but still hadn’t grown up! He still wanted so many of the simple things in life to bring him happiness, but did find some peace with his animals.
Peter Freestone
http://montreuxmusic.com/mmm/content/view/192/244/lang,english/
Beautiful what he talks about Michael.
Thanks Peter!
P.S. > I read this book and I have the impression that the epilogue is not complete on that site. In the book, Peter talks much more about Michael.

Re: MJ Miscellaneous Thread
Good Morning! This is my first visit to the Misc thread (I know, shocking LOL ) but I knew this was the place to post this (even tho I shared it with the LOML 3) and by the looks of it - this most likey is a duplicate posting. You guys are always way more on top of things than I am.
Anyway, I wanted to share something I ran across this morning, by accident actually. I just loved the painting and the article from the artist. It's always a joy to see something nice about Michael in print. So if this has already been posted somewhere, please forgive the duplication.

Artist Kehinde Wiley unveils monumental portrait of Michael Jackson in Miami Beach

Kehinde Wiley’s monumental commissioned portrait of Michael Jackson is being unveiled this week at Deitch Projects (F1). The 32-year-old US painter was contacted by Jackson in 2008 after the performer saw the artist’s work at the Brooklyn Museum of Art. “I was receiving messages saying Michael Jackson wants to reach you...and I ignored them because quite honestly I thought it was a prank,” said Wiley. After a friend verified the request, Wiley set up a conference call with the performer, which he taped and transcribed. According to the artist: “He was also very curious about my personal story and surprisingly he was really knowledgeable about art and art history. I’ve done very few commissioned works, so we made arrangements to have certain art historical books sent to him, and he would send me back his preferred pieces.” Wiley’s studio was in the process of making arrangements for a formal sitting when they received news that the singer had died on 25 June; Wiley never received Jackson’s selection of imagery. The portrait is a compilation of six paintings, including works by David and Rubens. When asked why he felt obliged to complete the work, Wiley said: “Unfortunately, I didn’t have as much input as I would have hoped for, but I think it’s something he would have been proud of. Michael was an extraordinarily talented person with a team who could realise his ideas as much as his performances, and I think that his idea of collaborating with me was something that he really wanted to see through…I felt a responsibility to him to get it done.”

Re: MJ Miscellaneous Thread
Sorry if this has been posted. I found this on a MJ blog. This blog is really good too! I want to see the photo where Mike has his arms crossed in a b-boy stance This also confirms that even before Blueprint was released, Jay was talking about Mike being on the album. I've read some blogs where people thought he was bullshitting when he said Mike was on the Girls Girls Girls remix.
Archive Article – Historical Hip Hop Event: Jay-Z Brings Out Mike Jack for Hot97 Summer Jam 2001. MJ threw his DIAMOND UP for the JIGGA MAN… | Best of Michael Jackson, A Tribute website for Michael Jackson RIP
When hip-hop’s reigning microphone king needed a little help driving home the point that he wasn’t about to relinquish his crown anytime soon, he simply placed a call to none other than the self-proclaimed King of Pop. Jay-Z, the headliner at Thursday’s Hot 97 Summer Jam 2001, shocked the sold-out crowd at Long Island’s Nassau Coliseum when he brought Michael Jackson onstage during a break in his performance.
Although M.J. didn’t perform — not live, anyway, considering a sample of the Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back” was used in the set-closing “H to the Izzo” — just his presence was enough to elicit the loudest pop of the night from a crowd that had already seen performances by Ja Rule, Destiny’s Child, R. Kelly, Ludacris, Eve, Nelly and Outkast. I know Michael Jackson better come from behind that muthaf—in’ curtain,” Jay-Z said during what had to be 90 of the longest seconds of his career. Jigga had just announced Jackson to the crowd, but the music icon failed to make his entrance. The audience seemed to think Jay was joking — who would expect Jackson to appear at such a hip-hop-heavy concert?
But Jay quickly figured out that with cargo as precious as this, it’s probably best to hand-deliver it to the crowd. “You want me to go back and get him myself?” Jay asked a girl in the front row. “OK, I’m ‘a go get him.”
Seconds later the two walked out and posed for photos together. In one of the pictures, Michael struck a b-boy stance with his arms folded. Jackson’s only words to the crowd were “I love you all” before he exited the stage, but Jay-Z fans can expect to hear more from him. According to Roc-a-Fella Records, Jackson will make a guest appearance on Jay’s next album, and although Jay attempted to return the favor, his contributions are not currently scheduled to appear on Jackson’s long-awaited new LP.

Re: MJ Miscellaneous Thread
A few days ago, MJ's estate decided against giving Joe a monthly stipend. I think he was asking for $65,000 a month.
What is your honest opinion about this?
I come from a culture that takes care of their elders no matter what, if you like them or if you don't like them. I guess we're taught that we have to take care of our parents when they are too old to take care of themselves.
I know a lot of people hate Joe for what he did to Michael when he was a child and Joe is always doing questionable things that makes us shake our heads.
But all I know is that Michael said he forgave his father in that Oxford speech and wanted to have a better relationship with him. Joe was seen at Michael's side at his 2005 trial every day. Michael has always said that if it weren't for Joe he wouldn't be where he was at today and had all the success that he had. Joe has always defended Michael and never turned on him like other family members (latoya and jermaine).
I know that Joe has treated Michael horribly in his life, but if there was no Joe there would be no Michael. I do believe that Joe loves Michael, but just has never been able to show it to him or show love affectionately.
IDK. . . I think it's this duty instilled in me that we must take care of our parents when they are older. I guess if Michael had really wanted to leave arrangements for Joe in the will, he would have done so. The executors need to get the estate out of debt and handle all these creditor claims before they can grant stipends to family members (other than kate and the children). Joe also has 8 other children that he can ask help from.
Bleh. . . nevermind. I am not a Joe sympathizer!

Chris Brown Pays Homage To MJ With Diamond Necklace
January 26th, 2010
A tribute to the greatest……You can always count on Chris Brown to pay homage to the greatest to ever do it. And with Chris flaunting his new threads out in Italy for fashion week, Breezy decided to break out his new neck wear paying ultimate homage to the King of Pop. The black diamond encrusted chain shows Jackson doing the tippy toe pose after his signature moonwalk dance. Umm, yeah soooo there’s nothing else really to say about this. Just wanted to point it out for ya’ll lol.

What I know about Papa Joe (and I believe MJ, his siblings don't seem genuine to me when they now try to downplay things) ... from Joe's actions as a father to Mike (not as his manager) when Michael was young, I do not like him nor condone his behavior. His actions as a father in these later years and as a grandfather I have no real clue about so can't comment.
For MJ to exclude him from his will makes me think that way more negativity must have taken place between him and his father, more "stuff" than we will ever learn ... or perhaps Joe bled him for SO much money during his life that Mike thought he'd feasted at his table long enough.
It's been mentioned that Katherine was always very generous in years gone by to Joe and other family members in handing out from the allowance Mike gave her, I AM surprised (if the 'news' is to be believed) I am very surprised that apparently Katherine has now said NO to 'supporting' Joe from her estate-given allowance.
I am also surprised that the "estate" has proven so unmovable in giving Joe a slice of the pie, I really thought they'd toss a few morsels his way, maybe they know something we don't
or maybe they are ruthlessly mercenary, but I don't believe that, I think they have shown ample generosity towards Katherine.
At the end of the day it was Mike's money and he worked fierce hard for it and had the right to dish it out how he saw fit to.
all the above jmho, I know nothing for certain

What is your honest opinion about this?
I come from a culture that takes care of their elders no matter what, if you like them or if you don't like them. I guess we're taught that we have to take care of our parents when they are too old to take care of themselves.

Michael knew that his mother would make sure Joe received financial support. He often gave her money and told her to share it with Joe. Joe will be fine.

Re: MJ Miscellaneous Thread
I've always loved this story by Michael La Perruque:
Quote:
One afternoon I had to take Michael for a doctor's appointment in Santa Monica, CA. As the afternoon turned into the evening the doctor decided that Michael should spend the night in his office so that the nurse could monitor Michael all night. Around 7:00 at night Michael told me to go back to hotel in case his children needed anything.
Around 11:00 that night I got a call from Michael saying he was really bored and he asked me to bring him some magazines. Michael loved magazines and he loved to read and look at the pictures. His favorite was Robb Report with all the high end toys. I woke up the limo driver Kato, the chinese guy-do you remember him? and had him drive me to the all night store that sold magazines.
When I got to the store I must have bought over a dozen magazines. Magazines on big beautiful homes, magazines on fashion and the music industry. I got him anything I thought would be an interest to him. I must have been walking down the childrens toys aisle towards the cash register and saw a light brown medium sized stuffed teddy bear. It was sort of cute I guess. I thought it would be sort of a gag to give him a teddy bear so I bought it and put it in a brown paper bag.
I got to the doctors office and gave Michael all the magazines that I chose. He seemed delighted with all of my choices. He thanked me for coming out- He always thanked me-
As I was about to leave I gave him the brown paper bag which contained the teddy bear and said to him, "here ya go- in case you get lonely tonight, this will keep you company".I then said good night and told him that I would be there in the morning to pick him up. He said good night but still did not look in the bag-
The next day I got to the doctors office around 9:00 in the morning and told the nurse I was there to pick up Michael. I had the limo parked by the VIP door so that he could go directly from the office into the limo. The nurse came to the door and told me that he would be ready in a couple of minutes and would be coming out shortly. I did my usual security check around me making sure there were no cameras or paparazzis etc.
The door opened and Michael came out. He smiled and said "Good Morning Mike"
As I was saying good morning back to him, I saw that in his hands, holding it against his chest was the Teddy Bear that I gave him. It was the only thing he brought with him- he left all his magazines behind. In the limo I saw he held on to the teddy bear and in never came out of his hands.
So- that is the story of the teddy bear. I hope it was not too boring to you. It made me realize just how sensative and/or appreciative he was for small gestures of caring. We never spoke of the teddy bear. I never shared this story (if I remember correctly) with anyone else. You have my permission to share this story with as many friends or fans as you wish!
Okay, thats all for now- I hope everything is well with you.
Hugs,
Mike

Does anyone know much about Perruque's friendship with Mike? He really liked Grace apparently...
