Ask someone who was close to him what's the story. There are so many people on here who claim to know him and want to protect his name from 'slander' or whatever they want to call it ---->I'm sure they know the answers and are trying to keep it on the low because they can't or don't want to believe it themselves. And if they don't know what happened...exactly how well did they really know him?????

I think I've said enough...yall know me, I'm not the one to spill tea. Yall too damn messy.

The point of my post was to say there is nothing wrong with people wanting to know what REALLY happened to Shak and don't be so quick to sweep his death under the rug thinking you're protecting his 'good name'.

I don't think everyone's trying to protect his good name, but there will also be a lot of people who will say anything just to act like they "know" why he did it, and will ultimately drag his name, good or bad, through the mud.

If you believe that telling his story will save someone...by all means, feel free to tell it (especially if it's the truth).

But that's the thing. Someone on here will tell a lie, just to act like they know. You follow me?

Yes I know people on here will lie and it's usually the first one who claim to know someone or is 'about to go make a call'. Just because you know someone who know someone who knows who we are talking about...that don't mean you actually know the said person in question. *whew, that was a mouth full*

I lurked on here for a lil bit before I joined....that's where I got my name from. People be lying like shit but the only way you'll know is if YOU actually know the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. If I'm not being paid to spill tea I'm not saying nothing about nothing. lol So sorry, I don't know nothing about 'his story'.

People who are really in the know keep their mouth shut. When you read articles about how he was acting before he died people say, 'he was acting strange' and tip toeing around something but never saying anything. Those same people know WHY he was acting strange. They just don't want to be the one to say WHAT it was.

I understand what you are saying and I totally agree!!! I didn't know Shakir personally, but I wonder, for those of you who did know him, did anyone say anything to him about "it" (without revealing what "it" is)? I mean, he's dead now, and that is something you can never recover from. At least save someone else (and I don't think you have to spill tea to do this)!

Can we please know what the hell the problem with him was???? My goodness!!!! All this talk about knowing why he killed himself, but not saying it. What is the purpose of creating a thread or posting in it if you don't have any good information to contribute???? That's just plain dumb!!

I mean, seriously, this man was NOT Jesus Christ, and its obvious that he had some serious shit going on. How come if someone mentions it, it would be slandering his "good name". We are all humans, and we all do shit that we aren't supposed to. What, was he on the DL, did he have AIDS, did he owe BMF money, what??? What is it???? This man, and no other man in the industry is a saint, so to try and protect him from what HE DID TO HIMSELF is very stupid. And to the people that knew him, don't even add your two cents if you aren't even gonna spill the tea. No, I did not know this man, never even came into contact with him, but I, like others, find it interesting as to why he would take his life. That is all.

I wasn't referring to tea spillers. I was referring to people who wanted the gossip/info.

I agree with what you said, especially the incog part. If you were the only one who witnessed a celeb doing something, there's really no way to post it.

I think in some way, the truth will come out. It always does. But I respect and understand why those of you who are very close to the situation wouldn't want to say anything!

I personally do not care who is benefitting from the labor of the entertainment industry. If a person is so damn scared of being found out, why post at all? And I agree with the poster that said certain people can be picked apart, but this man here we should respect when he was probably doing all sorts of horrible things that led to him not being able to sleep at night...... Nonsense. All of it is nonsense...... If you don't want to share information, do us all a favor and don't even post about it at all!!!! I guarantee, those same people that were running off at the mouth and posting when the story first broke, are the same people acting as if they know some top secret information and now are being quiet. Hypocrites.
