I believe this sex slavery/ child prostitution happens more frequently than not. A few years ago, Atlanta had record numbers of child prostitutes. I am sure the numbers have increased, but human trafficking is a global issue. It's so sad.

You make a really good point here. I saw in one documentary where it was stated that John Ramsey was certainly NOT a match for the note, but that when it came to Pasty, they could not rule her out.

I just looked it up and that is one hell of a mystery. They were all drowned after being intoxicated. I bet the perp is a woman.

I also looked up two other cases:

1. The Boy in the Box: This case is pretty old (1950s) but is so strange. The child's body was discovered in a box along a road in Philadelphia. He had been badly beaten and someone had cut off all of his hair in a hurried fashion. This was possibly done to conceal the child's identity. To this day, no one has stepped forward as being even associated with the boy.

My theory: He was in a foster home and was beaten to death, possibly by an out of control staff member. They panicked, cleaned the child's body, cut his hair, and then dumped his body. I can't see neighbors not reporting suspicions if this had had been raised with a family. I CAN see him slipping through the cracks and not being reported missing if he was in a foster home though.

2. Vinyette Teague: This baby went missing in the early 1980s at Chicago's Robert Taylor Homes. She was outside on the breezeway, in the care of her grandmother. The grandmother alleges she went inside for a few short minutes to answer a phone call and when she returned, the child was gone. There were no less than 50 people out there on that breezeway when the child was snatched. She was only 18 months old. Her disappearance remains unsolved.

My theory: Anyone from the Chicago area or even slightly familiar with the Robert Taylor Homes knows that this place wasn't exactly Disney Land. It was one of the most dangerous housing projects in America (Cabrini Green is right there with RTH). In any event, I believe this child was snatched and murdered. I highly doubt she was sold in an adoption or kept alive. No one in the community would be searching for another mouth to feed. I believe the murderer is deceased which is why there has been no crack in the case. With SO many people in the breezeway, people probably though she was being carried away by a close relative.

Crimes committed against children are the ones I'm most passionate about. With adults I feel a great deal of remorse too, but children are so innocent and do not have the capacity to make judgments that adults do. Their choices are limited and the people that are supposed to be protecting them are hurting them, negligent, or all together absent.

The sister and BF know what happened to Phylicia. They were the last two to see her and speak with her. And if the sister really did let a 16 year old country girl wander around Baltimore, she should be locked up for being a dumbass.

The police killed Mitrice and covered it up. A black woman out of her sane mind arrested by police for not paying a tab, but they let her go to wander in the night? FOH.

Joran killed Natalie. She probably wanted to just make out/fool around but he wanted to have sex, got mad, and killed her.

I also think that he was a foster kid that was murdered by someone too. And He probably was given up as a infant by a young mother, would would probably explain why he still has not been Identified for so long.

Happens VERY often in other countries...my Dad was telling me the other day that in Brazil they take random black babies and children and kill them in cold blood and no one ever does anything about it. And this isn't even a secret..they just do it.

They're not I live in Atlanta and we have an active chapter..they have there meetings at the German bakery in Stone Mountain village (the one that was on the news for rats) and they call themselves "the sunshine club" or sum mess like that.

KKK ain't dead. And I have had older relatives say Wayne Williams didn't do it, and that it was really the KKK. My grandmother even told me some of the victims had their privates cut off, so their was no telling what they did to those kids. Sound to me like the two girls and two adults killed were just something to throw off the police and other people.

And even though it was the late 70's and early 80's I think they blamed him because the south was still settling down from the civil rights movement. If they said that it was the KKK things would have been chaotic to say the least and the city would have been turned upside down. They were trying to keep the peace imo, but that wasn't a good idea because it kept families from receiving justice.

Wanye Williams comes off as weird to me, but I don't think he murdered all those kids either, he may know more than what he says, but I don't think he's the child murderer and they made it out to be a black man to avoid racial tensions.

The KKK still exists, they just don't draw attention to themselves and they probably would be in casual wear.

Although if the KKK was responsible for the ATL child murders, They prob were dressed as regular white people (with causal clothes like shirts or jeans or something) and probably lured the kids to a car and drove off to kill them.
