Am I the only one with mixed feelings about Burke (the brother) being so uncooperative? Regardless of how frustrated you are ,she is your sister and she deserves justice, makes you think he's trying to cover-up something, and I remember one interview where they spoke with John and he seemed so detached and angry and ready to just get on with his life, I could never rest until my child's murderer was caught unless he knows the murderer personally

I saw the case of that man George who went missing from a cruise ship on his honeymoon on Oprah and on Dateline I think. Anyway, they think he met with foul play because his blood was found on the ship. The cruise line washed it away and botched the investigation.
I think from the story I saw, his wife got wasted and was flirting with a group of guys on the ship and caused George to get in a fight with them that got out of hand. They prob threw him overboard. She probably has no idea cause she may have been passed out.

I just googled that Amy Lynn Bradley case and there is theories that she and Natalie are both kidnapped and forced into the sex trade. Amy was on a cruise that had also been in. Aruba the day she went missing.

Found this article on Caribbean Sex-trafficking, seems like Aruba is a haven for this type of thing, if you're the type, its likely that you could get drugged and trafficked, Ladies we must be careful while traveling, so sad what happened to these two (Amy and Natalee)

You know, the more analysis you guys bring into the thread the more messy Jon Benet's family seems. The flaws in the case seem endless, my only question is... why haven't the police realized it? Even reading the details of the case it is OBVIOUS to me there couldn't have been an "intruder" that time frame is far too small.

I personally don't think Jonbenet will ever find justice. The case is too old, and too broad for it to be narrowed down to one person. JBR & the Black Dahlia have a lot in common when you look into it.

To me:

-The "parents" theory doesn't make sense because there is no motive. It's one thing to kill someone out of rage, but her murder was clearly planned out.

-The "sibling" theory doesn't make sense because her brother was too young to engage in all those activities, and her older half-siblings were in another state when it occured.

-The "intruder" theory doesn't make sense because that's way too much for a stranger to do in a short period of time without getting caught.

-The beginning layout of solving the case was horrible. No one should've searched the house except for detectives. Also, it being the first crime in that city didn't help much.

-The whole "pineapples" incident pretty much throws the case in a whole different direction; causing confusion.

Jonbenet knew the person; I know that for a fact...

Yea this case is a mess, one moment you're thinking the parents but then they introduce evidence that shows otherwise, what makes me lean towards the intruder theory at this point is the unknown fibers including male pubic hairs that are not of anyone in that house, that says alot on its own

Unless the intruder was living in the basement for sometime and/or already in the house when they arrived I just I can't wrap my head around it. I read somewhere that that night of her murder the ground was covered with snow, yet there were NO foreign footsteps leading to the house? No real visibly forced entry other than the window to the basement and even that wasn't much.

The fact that the murder happened within a span of 2 hours. I mean really, think about it, that is A LOT to do in 2 hours. Ashley Banks is right JonBenet most definitely knew the person and they were def. familiar with the house.

Whoever it was is extremely fearless. This family had just gotten home and just gone to "sleep" yet you are brave enough to head up and into this little girls room, fix her a quick snack, knock her unconscious, strangle her, sexually assault her and then sit up an write an essay? Balls of steel.

With JonBenet's room being sooo far away from her parents & their consummate need to over dress her with hair, clothes and makeup at 5yrs old. I have often wondered if her parents werent swingers or perhaps allowed men to come into their home & "have their way" with their children in order to obtain favor in beauty pagents or for the husbands promotion. I even have wondered if the dayum Chief of Police hadn't "partaken" in Jon Bonet at some point. Thus, blundering the crime scene. The brother is probably quite because Im sure he was abused too. Shady family, all the way around.

Good theory , I believe that the parents were indirectly involved in her murder thats why the father wants this case to disappear in my opinion, they want to "move on with our lives" no someone has gotten away with this for so long, one news article did look into possible child molestation in that home involving Jon Benet
