Federal Judge James Moody has denied rapper Buju Banton's request for a new trial stating that request for retrial didnt have enough evidence against the goverment informers who testified against Banton. The judge also said the gun charges alone would be enough to sentence Banton to a jail term of possibly 10 years. A federal jury found Banton guilty of three drug charges and a gun charge in June of last year.
