Really excellent story. Great guy who led a fascinating and honorable life by being true to himself. I cried.

If you like Sports Docs, anything from the 30 for 30 series.
Benji - Benjamin Wilson story (Sad story)
The U - Documentary of the "thug persona" of the U football players (loved it)
Fab 5- Michigan Basketball Intense story!!!!
If you like crime, you should watch Cocaine Cowboys. Cocaine Cowboys 2 was trash. Dont bother with it.
And Dear Zachary was a really good doc, sad as well.

Re: What are your favorite documentaries?
Grizzly-Man: a doc about a crazed man who has profound love for nature and bears. He wanted to show the world we could live as 1 w/ the bears..... It amazed me how he was able to just chill around those big ass majestic animals like it was nothing. Better than any animal planet thing I've seen. However, He eventually is eaten by a bear. :/
Sad story, because the wacko is absolutely lovable. &he was probably onto something.
RIP grizzlyman.

LaLee's Kin is a great documentary. I spent the whole night trying to find an update on this family.
