psst, jump right into the big three: Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach, then go from there. If you like dark stuff, try out Monster and Psyren.

Just wanted to drop this here in case anyone is interested. I run a site called the Ormes Society that spotlights black female characters and creators in comics. There are quite a few sample pages from different comics/graphic novels posted if anyone wants to get a feel for what's out there.
