Ive accumulated a lot of clothing recently most from thrifting, i try to give a few pieces away to Goodwill, i keep my clothes in good condition so i find i wear them for many years

No. I am constantly going through my closet to pick out clothes that i am no longer going to wear.

There are some dropoff donation boxes around Dallas, and I try to make it there once every two or three months with stuff i dont like anymore, or stuff i know I want be wearing,etc.

Sometimes I do, and then once I give my room a thorough cleaning I donate them

surprisingly too many. I usually end up giving them away. You should see my moms closet though, she has hella tags on her shit..I am talking about from YEARS and YEARS AGO too. SHe also donates and gives it away.

I'll give away basic staples to goodwill. Clothes that are faded or I wouldn't wear myself I just throw away.
I do have some pieces that have never been worn or worn once. I take them to Buffalo Exchange and they give me cash for it. They usually look for trendy items, name brand stuff.

I'll clean out my closet at least once a year. If I haven't worn something in over a year it has to go.

When I look at an item and say "oh gosh, what was I thinking when I bought this?" then it's old for me.

After I hold on to them for a ridiculous amount of time and I haven't seen or worn it in a few years..... then, I breakdown and take them to the GoodWill...... LOL

I have some stuff I'm getting ready to donate now. Just haven't called for a pick-up. Then there's the stuff that I need to donate, but I'm having a hard time parting with it. Even though I haven't worn it in awhile or haven't even worn it yet.

I rarely give to family, because not too many of them are my size/height.

Lately my old clothes have been piling up in my closet, so I'm giving my family whatever they want and sending the rest to Goodwill or a consignment shop. For the most part though my shopping habit isn't large enough for me to have accumulated enough clothes to go shopping in my closet. And I don't have anything with the tags still on them. I actually feel like I need a shopping trip.

I will wear clothes that are out of style only if they are really, really cute and they weren't too trendy. I usually gravitate toward pieces that are timeless though.
