Okay ladies yall turned me on to Bohyme and I LOVE it. Problems is my damn hair has grown to almost 18 inches so I don't get the full effect of the waves that I want. I don't think Bohyme comes any longer than 20 inches (natural wave) Any suggestions on another brand of hair that is close to Bohyme in quality for human hair micros?
I thought Bohyme stopped at 20. If I can find 22 I'd love to keep using it.
As for my routine I'm using I just keep it washed and use the Bohyme products. I try not to leave the braids in for more that 3 months at a time. I've been drinking a smoothie made with protein, yogurt and fruit for breakfast the last six months and taking the GNC hair, nail and skin vitamins. I think that's helped it grow too.
I got it braided yesterday and the girl kept braiding almost to the end of the hair (20 inch). When I told her she was braiding too far down she told me that was how long my hair was. And that's natural...or should I say nappy.
I thought they could lay the hair in to make it as long as necessary....?
But idk anything about reg braid hair, I havent had anything but yarn braids and can cut it to whatever length.
Oh no, maybe that's cornrows wher you can lay it in?? idk sorryLOL

You may have to try tree braids or something because with that type of hair you won't get the full effect no matter how long.
That is what she's gonna have to do. My hair is way to long for Micro's so I get the tree braids. You can either get them placked like micro braids, or french braided (which i prefer). I love tree braids it's just like having micros.

Yea, this is what I do. I use curly hair and I pull a little hair out as I'm braiding.
I need to reconsider taking my GNC hair skin and nails.. I have two bottles of it, but it stinks so bad, I stopped taking it and just resorted to taking my gummy vitamins.. yes I said gummy bear vitamins... I can't swallow those huge horse pills

I plan on using this routine for my hair this year, getting it braided every 2 months and for the 2 months w/o braids keeping it bunned. What kind of protein do you use?
