I nearly had a heart attack just from reading this,
so you already know..
We go every year because my birthday is on the 27th but I would never go in alone-NEVA.
the one we go to (Chicago) has some good actors and they are all about their costumes and their act, its 25.00 a person. there is No cussing and blindfolding..
but there was a crazed guy that chased me damn near down the street and he only had one arm w/wiggly stuff hanging off of his face and some goo coming out of his mouth....and I tore my pants.
you take an elevator w/this Lurch looking guy and he does not answer you, his face glows-I tried to strike up a convo and he made a spooky growling sound and showed some fangs..
AND IT BEGAN!!! mazes, you walking in the dark and someone jumps out at you and some crazed obese lady is screaming some sinister laugh and dragging a head screaming "I'm hunnnngry!!'
whatever group of strangers we go in with, we always end up hugging and assuring each other, we'll make it out alive.

Sexual and violent situations? Am I the only one who blinked twice at that? And they want you to PAY to go in? And you must walk through alone? Hell, I do my best to keep myself OUT of those kinds of situations. It's why I fucking carry a goddamn gun. Those "actors" are gonna fuck around and someone'd be done capped their ass. This sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Or do they make you sign a waiver before going in?
When I read that part about sexual and violent situation I was like ain't no fucking way!
I love haunted houses....Hell I was born 2 days before Halloween...but I must say I want have any sexual violent shit done to me...No mam and thank you.

I'll pass. I went to a haunted house that the Boys and Girls Club did. All it was was one big room with hella black trash bags covering the walls and the lights off with people grabbing at you and that shit was scary enough. I lost my voice that night. I'll be going to one giant block party maze this year but it's outdoors and they are not allowed to touch you. Last year one of the entertainers got knocked the fuck out out for creeping up on someone. We don't play out here.

can anyone refer me to some good haunted houses in ga? i went to netherworld and tht ish was LAAAME total waste of money if i wasnt with my friends i wouldve just sat in a corner and fallen asleep the only scary thing was this creepy ass clown who wouldnt stop touching me and saying "Yooh-dee--yoooh-deee-yooooooooh!" while iwas waiting in line
Seriously though, I'm curious if the sexual contact is simply groping arms/legs.

Also I'm reading comments (on other sites) that say customers have gotten sick because of sanitary issues. I honestly cannot deal with the thought of this attraction.
