Any tips for cooling down this room? Whenever I walk into it I feel like I'm being punched in the face by heat. And I could barely sleep last night necUse it was so hot. Any help is appreciated
You should do a search because I think that someone asked this earlier this week. Anyways everyone suggested the fans that you put in your window like this.

All an air conditioner is a fan that pulls out the hot hair and a dehumidifier. Buy both. Get a small dehumidifier and a powerful fan. It would be best if you can have a ceiling fan. If you cannot, get a vorando that turns and a dehumidifier. That will keep the humidity out of the room and the room really cool.
I'd get slick on them and get a big ole stand up fan and point it upward with the humidifier. Leave the door closed...aint nothing like NYC summer heat so trust I know.

I survived my first 2 years of college with no AC. We would stick one fan in the window (always) and then have another fan or two in the room. Should start cooling off towards end of this month.
