It's sad how pop culture has changed, there were always clowns around but sadly most of the clowns now are the main "artists".
Songs are now beat driven instead of strong lyrics, I saw this post on tumblr comparing lyrics from the 70s-80s to today's top songs....so sad :(
And my God has the image of famous black men changed drastically in the last 20yrs

well you there were alot of dumbass songs in the 80s like i said folks live in a fasnatsy world the 80s was one of the first times in history where it was cool for a man to look adronygous . Men were wearing alot of female like clothing and the fashion was very gay and colorful

Sweetheart I understand what u talking bout. Believe me,I was there. There was alot of over processed,ova produced shit we see today. Where u think they get it from. everything has the bull-shit side to it. But im living in a time where I see ppl hate pop culture more than ever. And all that man looking like a women shit was after 'Purple Rain' was bout 2 years. And I still don't remember men turning out being as gay as the down low nigs that around today. Seriously, today I was listening to a hip hop radio station and 100percent of the songs were about big asses, being a bad bitch, money, getting high, or doggystyle sex.
Generally most people think previous eras were better than the present era. It used to be a matter of opinion. I say used to be because there is no way anybody can deny that pop culture is utter crap. I sometimes wonder if it stems from all the drug use of the 80's and 90's. I don't smoke and I rarely if ever drink...basically I'm living life sober and this shit is strange for the most part.
