Kim Kardashian was rushed to a doctor in Los Angeles on Tuesday night when she feared she was having a miscarriage after returning from Paris fashion week, Page Six can exclusively reveal. And while it was fortunately a false alarm, Kim has now been ordered by her doctors to stop overdoing it and get more rest.

The four-months-pregnant reality star flew to Paris on Sunday to join baby-daddy Kanye West at a Givenchy show and dinner after, with guests including Frank Ocean and designer Riccardo Tisci. But sources say that when the E! star arrived back in LA on Tuesday, she was immediately rushed to her doctor in tears.

“Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed,” an insider said. “She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage.”

Luckily she and the baby were fine, and Kardashian was sent home at 12:30 a.m. after she was examined and given the all-clear. But doctors told her she’s working and exercising too hard, and gave her a stern warning to rest.

“Kim’s not respecting her pregnancy,” says a source. “She’s running around, working out seven days a week. She’s working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer.”

The source added that Kardashian — who’s been photographed obsessively working out while expecting — has been desperately trying to tame her figure amid public criticism that she’s ballooning.

“She’s scared that her ass is as big as a couch and is going south,” the source said. “But she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down.”

So this vain bish (who still looks like a whale) has been working out 7 days a week with 2 different trainers while 5 months pregnant?

I'm not a fan, but I'm certainly not going to wish harm on an unborn child. They are gifts. Hopefully she'll slow down now.

I'm sorry but she is acting like she is carrying a phantom baby. If she really is pregnant, she should at least be a real woman and respect her unborn child enough to take a break from the limelight. Stupid hoe.

we called this a long time ago. All her jet setting can't be healthy. Hopefully this was the wake-up call she needed and she's sitting her ass down until the baby is here.
