So I was watching flip this house last night and I saw the 2 Gay guys that use to have angie wilford (the sam leccima real estate agent) and her husband the contractor working for them. Angie and the husband was gone. Anyone know what happened?

And what ever became of Smooth talking Sam Leccima in Atlanta. Renovating houses he didn't own? Wife was pregnant. I am gonna make it do what it do.LOL

That was a huge embarassment for A&E.

I saw the two gay guys that they was working for. I wonder what happened to Angie and her Husband? Are they working with someone else or by themselves? I know what happened to Sam, He didnt have a license and wasnt suppose to be remodeling homes.

That whole thing was just a mess. There was already a certain segment of the FTH fanbase who were upset because Sam and Co. replaced Richard Davis & Co. Some of the race based comments were really obnoxious. I was rooting for Sam to actually be a good guy, but oh well. We were stuck with dishonest Sam and that sleeze Armando.

I know Angie and Her Husband dont work for the two gay loan business partners anymore. I wonder what happened to that relationship? It did seem alittle rocky on the show though. Yes Armando is a mess as well. They show more of the LA Flip This House recently, I forgot his name.

I was of fan of flip this house. But it only comes on Saturdays. Richard has a show on hgtv, or should I say he had. Sam is a con artist. I feel bad for them people who lost their money. They should have known better, checked his track record instead of just looking for more money.

I heard Armondo was getting sued to.

Richard Davis moved his "show" to TLC. Not sure if it still comes on. TLC didn't promote it well in addition to it coming on on a Saturday Night.

Most of Flip this house episodes are of the guys in New England, The Guy in LA and Armando. Occasionally they show the ATL crew. But the new ones are only the New England crew, everyone else is a repeat. The only ones I refuse to watch are Armando's. I've always hated the way he treats the people that do the work to make HIM look good.

I used to love this show, because I was thinking seriously of getting into real estate before the market tanked. And I liked how they would fix up a house and make it look real nice.

Armando was the biggest dickhead ever. I couldn't stand him and his fake but. Did he get sued?

Apparently, Richard has divorced his wife and he and Ginger are now either dating or engaged, which is amusing for oh so many reasons.

After seeing several episodes in which Ginger has purchased crappy houses that require way too much work and then result in too little profit, I really wonder how she keeps that job. I'm convinced that Richard is banging her. She has that idol-worship type attitude and they are always together working, etc. That's the only reason I can think of as to why anyone would keep that half-wit employed.

Looks like I met my match.....I love to turn a negative into a positive but you guys are trained pro's first of all, I appreciate anyone who took 5 minutes out of their day to watch our silly little show. So you guys know, I received an email from Richard blessing me out about my last post.

I guess Richard was protective of Ginger even back then. I know this is a thread about Sam but his failings sadden me, while Richard's screw ups make me laugh.

Pause the video at 3:35. The contract says 16% or grater return; any businessman who writes up a contract and can't spell "greater" I think I would be suspicious of his credibility.
