Suspect in child rape was baby-sitting - Milford, MA - The Milford Daily News

The 18-year-old Milford man accused of child rape forced the 5-year-old boy he babysat to have oral sex with him, according to court documents.
Nehemiah O. Gonzalez admitted to detectives he assaulted the boy, according to a criminal complaint application filed in Milford District Court.
Gonzalez was arrested Wednesday after investigators first interviewed the alleged victim, who said Gonzalez told the boy to touch his genitals, and then perform oral sex.
Gonzalez is facing 10 years to life in state prison if convicted of raping a child by force. He had not posted $50,000 cash bail yesterday, and continued to be held at the Worcester County House of Correction.


The alleged victim told a team of investigators, which included detectives and assistant district attorneys, that he didn't want to do what Gonzalez said.
"I told him it was yucky but he said no, it's not yucky," the boy said, according to the complaint filed by Detective Michael Mastroianni.
Mastroianni yesterday declined to say how long the alleged abuse lasted.
After investigators interviewed the boy, Mastroianni and Detective Sgt. Ken Kingkade went to Gonzalez's home at 48 Bancroft Ave. late Wednesday afternoon.


Gonzalez agreed to come to the station with police to be questioned.
He is also charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.
Should he post bail, Gonzalez must be under house arrest on global positioning system monitoring with no exceptions for leaving home.
He must also not access any computers or make contact with the alleged victim or any children under age 16.
Gonzalez is due back in court March 12 for a pretrial conference.

If he did it to my child, there wouldn't need to be a trial becuase I'd kill him myself, or come damn near close to it.

The sad part is that he was probably molested, and it could be a vicious pattern repeating itself.

Whatever the case may be, that 5 year old is going to need serious counseling. Sad all around!

Disturbing how he has a very innocent look, perhaps thats why the parents trusted him to babysit. He looks very child like.

They need to lock him up and beat its ass. At this rate, kids are probably better off babysitting themselves. Too many nasty folks out there.
