to most people mental illness = crazy

and that's why so many suffer in silence...i don't think anything meant anything by it...but this is part of the reason folks don't get help.

some mental illness are more severe than others...paranoia is a very difficult one..but we need to educate people and just like we rally around women to speak up about rape, we need to allow people to know there are resources and folks to help them with their illnesses.
