Even at a higher bid I wouldn't want to wait the extra time for you and NACA to get your stuff together. Rather get less for the house and ditch my old mortgage. Try FHA or a state program. This is what I was in the homebuyer's meeting I attended. Mortgage brokers/banks hate dealing with NACA.
