Off topic general, "what brand of makeup do ya'll use", "what's for dinner", "my boyfriend is having children with his brother's sister in law", "why don't black men date black women", "ya'lls a bunch a thirsty ho's" threads.
i asked him what he was doing and he responded "helping my mason brother move into his new place"......
i didn't really know what that meant...and to some degree i still don't. and why would he refer to him as his mason brother? is this what they do? they can't refer to each other as friends?
I don't know if anyone answered this but Masonry is like a brotherhood, so they call each other brothers.. I've never heard a Mason so open about it though..
I know a few Mason's, I won't state who though.. Great guys. I know usually you're recommended to join by someone who's already one and thinks you'll be a good candidate.
The same thing with Eastern Stars. Masonry is based heavily around religion, not a specific one, just the faith in a higher power. As far as I understand you don't have to follow any organized religion, just have faith.
They're secretive but they're goodhearted people. They are extremely involved with their communities. Regular people though.
When these dudes met they were having a conversation with each other answering questions with questions.
I've seen this happen also w/Masons meeting for the first time. Only incident/question/answer I can remember is "do you have change for 15 cents" and the other anserwing with some question I can't remember. I think something about it being cloudy outside or traveling a long road or something
maybe it's not what they are doing but what they KNOW that is so secretive
most of these men are very successful and obviously loyal...I would think the secrecy is working in their favor. The more you tell people the more control they have to make a muck of what you've created and obviously made work for you.
