LMAO - Fair enough, and I agree!

The campaign was centered on 2 athletes named Dan and Dave. The commercials depicted them in a fictitious rivalry and purported to chronicle their struggle in the race for the Olympic gold. Reebok sunk millions into the campaign, only to have it blow up in their faces. One of the guys failed to even qualify for the Olympics, and the other one placed 3rd in his sport. Not exactly the outcome Reebok had count on.
I'm aging myself too because I remember that whole campaign right before the summer olympics because I was about to get into middle school.

YEEEEESSS to all of this post! She's not a great actress (I only liked her in Horrible Bosses
), not that bankable (her movie with Paul Rudd opened in 6th place this past weekend) and while she has a nice body, she's not that great looking , and I hate how she plays into the media's role as the lonely, desperate spinster who is hooked up with guys for obvious PR purposes. Due to age discrimination, her shelf life in Hollywood is winding down - there's a ton of younger actresses out there who can play her type of roles and she doesn't have the acting chops of Meryl Streep or Helen Mirren to play better roles as she gets older. I expect her to be Demi Moore 2.0 in a few years. And yes, Living Single >>>>>>> Friends any day of the week.
I have some honorable mentions.

James Franco is overrated in terms of his looks and acting ability. He's a bad interview because he comes off like a rambling stoner. I don't get it with him and he doesn't live up to the hype that's behind him. Joseph Gordon-Levitt has the career that Franco is supposed to have and does it so much better.
I also agree about Alicia Silverstone and the cast of American Pie. Remember when Sean William Scott (Stifler) played in an action movie with The Rock/Dwayne Johnson (Bulletproof Monk
)and he had an MTV Diary show all about it? He thought the movie would keep him from being typecast as Stifler. Yeah, we saw how that's worked out for him. He'll always be known for that role and playing second fiddle to Ashton Kutcher in Dude Where's My Car?
Alicia Silverstone was supposed to be the next hot white girl after Clueless
hit it big, but she never lived up to the hype and the machine behind her.
As for Vin Diesel, when he dropped out of the second sequel to The Fast and The Furious
due to his exhorbitant salary demands, I knew it was a wrap for him in the long run. Yeah, he was in The Pacifier
(which was supposed to be his version of Kindergarten Cop
I guess) but other than that, he's pretty much relegated to B-C list status and didn't become the next Arnold Schwarzeneggar or Sylvester Stallone the way Hollyweird hyped him up to be. Add the intense rumors of his sexuality and him playng coy about his racial/ethnic background, TPTB don't fool with him too much anymore. He is doing a sequel to the Chronicles of Riddick
, but other than that? *crickets*
Katherine McPhee came off as stuck up and unlikable on American Idol but she has some hustle. I was surprised she is in the cast of the new NBC show Smash
. If anything, she's done better than the winner of her season of American Idol, Taylor Hicks. Now where the hell is he?!
How about Kevin Federline? When he was married to Britney, he tried his best to establish a rap career and failed miserably at it (he even got booked onto the Teen Choice Awards Show) and even using Britney's people to get him magazine covers and appearances was all for nothing.
