Breakfast: Veggie soup because of sinus/allergy attack on my throat and nose, lool..
Lunch: Small pieces of baked chicken, steam broccoli/carrots/cauliflower and two tea spoons of low fat mac n' cheese (homemade)
Snack: 1 1/2 cup of caramel and kettle popcorn.. (bad, yes)
