This year's guest list of 140 high-ranking figures includes Chancellor George Osborne and his Labour shadow Ed Balls, the CEOs of Google and Amazon as well as royalty from around the world.
But no minutes of the meeting are taken and no journalists are allowed inside the secretive four-day event
Labour MP Michael Meacher is critical of the "closely guarded secrecy" of the conference.
"This is the most important gathering of the most powerful people in Western capitalism that there is," he told Sky News.
The Bilderberg Group
Founded in May 1954, Bilderberg is an annual conference designed to foster dialogue between Europe and North America
It takes its name from the Dutch hotel where the first meeting took place
Between 120-150 political leaders and experts from industry, finance, academia and the media are invited to take part
It is described as a forum for informal, off-the-record discussions about the major issues facing the world
There is no detailed agenda, no resolutions are proposed, no votes are taken, and no policy statements are issued

Everytime I think what goes on in there I imagine the scene from Witches where they remove their mask.
I watched a french political emission, yesterday, with serious geo-politicians invited
They were asked questions by viewers and one question was about the Bildeberg meeting
Mind you, these guy were former ministers, philosophers, counsellors and all of them acted dumb and said they never even heard of this
This organization is probably where all the bankers, media owners, decision makers in countries discuss their illuminati plans for the world
I wouldn't be surprised if they were all into kabbalistic rituals like the people who gather in the bohemian grove and try to pass off mimicking ancient babylonian child sacrifices as "fun"
It's really a big conference/retreat for the worlds most powerful, wealthy, and influential to get together and discuss world events, how it affects them, plans they have, and how they can work together to execute those plans.
It is seen as evil because these types of people rarely have the "little person's" best interest at heart. I think their intentions are selfish at best, and these types of meeting are a power grab.
