I feel like I'm going nuts lately, I've never been in such a confused headspace. On wednesday night, I saw 11:11...no biggie right? Then I saw 12:34, I went to bed and woke up to 4:44 (no alarm) and throughout the day I saw 333, 444 again, 66, 234, and 44 numerous times. For the past week its been like this but never this much in one day, its to the point I don't even look at the clock, license plates or anything with numbers...
Thursday night I had this insane dream, I rarely dream but when I do they're vivid, and eerily real. I'm at work on lunch with my coworkers and my current crush, a girl comes over and they're flirting and kissing. It doesn't affect me at all until this heffer kicks me in the stomach and blows me off when I call her out on it. I confront him and he's apologetic, then says they're just flirting around, getting to know each other, and its nothing serious. We leave the lunchroom together (no idea where the girl went), I say bye. I walk over to our elevators, and press the button but I don't get on when the doors open as I have forgotten my lunchpail on a nail on a wall (I dunno how or why). So I go back and when the elevator doors open again, its just an empty shaft. I turn to go back to the lunchroom and I find myself on top of a roof with all this machinery around me and now I can't go anywhere....this is where shit got real. As I try to figure out how to get downstairs, I come across a dead rotting viper snake. I freak out because I'm deathly afraid of snakes...I run to the other side of the machine blocking me and its a dead long black snake impaled on a rod. I start screaming for help in the dream and I can see others coming to help me when I wake up. Apparently the screams were in real life too cause my neighbor was banging on my wall asking if I was ok...
I don't know whats going on and I don't even know where to begin right now. Life has been such a whirlwind the past month: I graduated, I fell for someone who I think likes me back but its so hot and cold right now that I don't even know, I'm quitting my current job that I'm starting to actually enjoy after 2.5 years and I'm moving to a new "big girl" job...I know this is a lot to process but does anyone have any ideas as to what this all means? I feel overwhelmed and lost right now.
Re: Going crazy: repeating numbers and vivid dreams
To dream that you are screaming symbolizes anger and fear. You are expressing some powerful emotion which you have kept pent up inside. If you try to scream, but no sound comes out, then it indicates your sense of helplessness and frustration in some situation. No matter how hard you try to get someone's attention, they cannot hear you. The dream highlights your difficulty in communicating with this person. You need to immediately identify your fears or feelings and confront this situation in real life. Alternatively, your inability to scream may be a form of REM paralysis.
To see a snake or be bitten by one in your dream signifies hidden fears and worries that are threatening you. Your dream may be alerting you to something in your waking life that you are not aware of or that has not yet surfaced. Alternatively, the snake may be seen as phallic and thus symbolize temptation, dangerous and forbidden sexuality. In particular, to see a snake on your bed suggests that you are feeling sexually overpowered or sexually threatened. You may be inexperienced, nervous or just unable to keep up. If you are afraid of the snake, then it signifies your fears of sex, intimacy or commitment. The snake may also refer to a person around you who is callous, ruthless, and can't be trusted. As a positive symbol, snakes represent healing, transformation, knowledge and wisdom. It is indicative of self-renewal and positive change.
To dream that you are flirting or that someone is flirting with you represents your need for intimacy and affection. You may be about to enter into a serious commitment or relationship in the near future.
To dream that your spouse or significant other is flirting with someone else indicates that you are feeling an emotional or physical distance from her. There is a lack of communication in the relationship.
To dream that you are kicking someone represents suppressed aggression that you are unable to express in your waking life.
To dream that you are being kicked indicates that you feel victimized or taken advantage of. The dream may be telling you to stop feeling sorry for yourself. Alternatively, being kicked is a way for your subconscious to push you ahead and motivate you to continue on toward your goals. Sometimes you need a kick. You need to be more aggressive.
