I took some molasses this week because I heard it was healthy for you but it looks like I'm allergic. It was regular molasses not black stripe.
I had a tea spoon in my tea for a couple of days.
The first day I had a little pain in my stomach but it cleared everything out so I was happy.
The second day when I took it I had the same pain, I waited a couple days then had it again and this time I was in pain for hours. My stomach hurt for 6 hours straight, I had to force myself to sleep because being awake hurt too much. Even when I woke up my stomach still hurt.
The pain went away, but my stomach started to hurt after I ate some food.
This happened for 2 days. Now it's the third day. I don't have stomach pains when I eat anymore but after I eat, 30 minutes later I start to feel nauseous like I want to be sick. This sickly feeling lasts a long time. And it feels like the food doesn't fully digest like its in my throat or at the top of my stomach - hard to explain.
Anyway what do you guys recommend to correct my gut? I am drinking kefir but that isn't helping me fast enough. I'm also drinking chamomile tea.
