To this day, this song still gives me goosebumps especially the chorus to this song.

George Michael was unstoppable throughout the late 80s. Anyone who was at the right age, teens, 20s something etc. You'd know

Miss this man :'(

the taxi driver inspired video and those haunting Synth strings and the chorus was spooky and it worked. back then george Michael could do no wrong and he was on a mission.

I'm not surprised, I remember thinking the same thing back in the late 80s.

From Wham - LWP1 he was untouchable..

This song is a classic! One of my favorite songs of all time. His voice was so expressive, and emotive, and so original! NOBODY sounds like him! Everytime he sang, It was like he opened up his heart and just poured it out, unabashedly. It just touched my soul unlike no other. Plus he was one the most beautiful men ever, and one of the loves of my young life. He really was one of a kind. He is sorely missed.

His music was my comfort when the world got cold.

It hurts to listen to his music now.

He has been loved.

lol As much as I am a lifelong GM Stan from the make it big wham era, even I wouldn’t go THAT far....they were very 2 different lanes, With 2 very different styles. GM was incredible!, but come on man...

Prince was like our Mozart, That little man had genius prodigy mastery of mutiple instruments, production, song writing...not to mention he was producing and mixing whole albums for himself in his teens.

He was on a WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL!

PERIOD!

But Im not taking away from anything George had, He was the best of his class for what he was by a mile...nobody could touch him. He was a insanely amazing songwritter, one of the most unique, best voices to ever do it, and he was a hell of a producer and arranger himself!

Most handsome man to ever live too. Got to give it to him....

That FACE!
