Psalm 25

"To You, O LORD,
I lift my soul.

I TRUST You, oh! my GOD.

Do not let me be put to shame.
Do not let my enemies triumph over me.

"No one who ever waits for You will ever be put to shame,
but all who are UNFAITHFUL will be put to shame.

"Make Your WAYS known to me, O LORD,
and TEACH me Your paths.

"LEAD me in Your TRUTH and TEACH me
because YOU ARE GOD, my SAVIOR.
"I WAIT all day long for You.

"Remember, O LORD, Your compassionate and merciful deeds.
They have existed from Eternity.
"Do not remember the sins of my youth or my rebellious ways.
Remember me, O LORD, in keeping with Your mercy and Your goodness.

"The LORD is Good and Decent.
That is why He teaches sinners the way they should live.

"He leads HUMBLE people to do what is right,
and He teaches them his WAY.

"Every path of the Lord is one of MERCY and TRUTH for those who Cling to His PROMISES and WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS.

"For the sake of Your Name, O LORD,
remove my guilt because it is great.

"Who then, is THIS person who reverence the LORD?
He is the one whom the LORD will TEACH which path to choose.

"He will ENJOY Good things in life, and his descendants will INHERIT the land.

"The LORD advises those who reverence him.
He reveals to them the INTENTIONS of HIS PROMISES.

"My eyes are always on the LORD. He removes my feet from traps.

"Relieve my troubled heart,
and bring me out of my distress.

"Look at my misery and suffering,
and forgive all my sins.

"See how my enemies have increased in number,
how they have hated me with vicious hatred!

"Protect my life, and rescue me!
Do not let me be put to shame. I have taken refuge in You.

"INTEGRITY AND HONESTY will protect me because I wait for You.

"Rescue Israel (me), O GOD, from all its troubles!"

ok!! bongotongo here we go again: have you figured out the meaning of what Paul wrote in 1 Cor 5:9-13
Immorality Must Be Judged
9 I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with xesually immoral people. 10 Yet I certainly did not mean with the xesually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. 11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is xesually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner — not even to eat with such a person.
12 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But those who are outside God judges. Therefore "put away from yourselves the evil person."

I'll teach you to have understanding if you find it to hard

Psalm 127

"If the Lord does NOT build the house,

it is USELESS for the builders to WORK on it.
If the Lord does NOT protect a city,
it is USELESS for the GUARD to stay alert.
It is
USELESS to work hard for the food you eat
by getting up early and going to bed late.
The Lord gives food to those HE LOVES while they sleep."

Now I understand why you refuse to answer my question what did Paul mean when he wrote the above words??? You have danced around it by posting contradicting words which have no bearing to what Paul tells us who we are to judge. You are dealing with a spirit of rebellion, ego and guilt. If you attempted to discuss what Paul meant then you would have to admit at least to yourself he is speaking of you. Your ego isn’t about to allow that to happen. I noticed you have avoided cameraboy and I since we posted that we know your none other than Noel Jones who had a very lengthy affair with Paula White while she was still married to Randy White, but then know one need be surprised because that’s how her and Randy met. Isn’t it funny how things work in life.

LOL ... ROFL ... YOU are absolulely cRaZy!! ... I'm not Noel Jones, and most regular posters KNOW that, but YOU and Cameraguy!!! I'm a GIRL, you idiot!!! lol ... (LORD, forgive me AGAIN!) ... now EVERYONE who reads your posts KNOWS what I've known a long time watching you & 'whatshisFace' (cameraboy) postings ... lol ... wow! But I'm FORGIVING you and praying that the LORD will have Mercy on you and not REPAY you for the things you've been saying and doing up here.

"God will NOT be mocked: Whatever you GIVE OUT, IT WILL BE GIVEN BACK TO YOU!"

THIS IS WHY God also says, "don't judge BECAUSE GOD WILL JUDGE YOU BY THE SAME RULE."

God created the "Law of Sowing & REAPING' and has been warning you! But you two wouldn't listen! In these LAST DAY, REAPING is coming QUICKLY - good or bad! You have chosen, so don't blame God or anyone else!

The SPOTLIGHT is now BACK on you two: Joshua Brian Randolph
ILIKEITLIKETHAT (God knows who YOU are!)

And now everyone SEES that you two are UNSTABLE & LUNATICS

...I TOLD you what God said, but you wouldn't LISTEN to God's INSTRUCTION! uh! oh!

Psalm 23

"The LORD is my SHEPHERD.
I am NEVER in need.
"He makes me lie down in GREEN pastures.
"He leads me beside PEACEFUL waters.
"He RENEWS my soul.
He GUIDES me along the paths of Righteousness
for the sake of HIS NAME.
"Even though I WALK through the dark valley of death,
because YOU (LORD) are with me, I fear NO harm.
Your ROD (WORD) and your staff (HOLY SPIRIT) give me COURAGE.

"You PREPARE A BANQUET for me while my enemies WATCH.
You ANOINT my head with oil (YOUR PRESENCE).
My cup OVERFLOWS.

"Certainly, GOODNESS and MERCY will stay CLOSE to me all the days of my LIFE,
and I will REMAIN in the LORD’s HOUSE for days without end."

If your all that and a bag of chips like you would have others to believe then you should have know problems defining what Paul means when he writes to us in

IMMORALITY IS TO BE JUDGED

Many church goers don’t understand the word because they have been indoctrinated to except the teaching of replacement theology. You know, we are no longer under the law but the age of grace which by the way was in the beginning. Paul was a Pharisee and know the word better than most of his time and when he wrote he was explaining to the pagans what the scriptures tell us. Remember they didn’t have bibles to purchase from the corner store so most went to the temple where the word was read from the scroll. Many whom the spirit of the Lord directed when into the streets to teach to the locals what the word of God means. Every thing Paul spoke came from God’s Torah, His teaching and instructions. One such teaching which origin came from the laws of Moses was written in:

1 Cor 5:9-13

Lev 19:15-16

'You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty. In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor. 16 You shall not go about as a talebearer among your people; nor shall you take a stand against the life of your neighbor: I am the Lord.

Psalms 52:1-

"Why do you brag about the evil you’ve done, you hero?
The MERCY of God lasts all day long!

"Your tongue makes up threats.
It’s like a sharp razor, you master of deceit.

"You prefer evil to good.
You prefer lying to speaking the truth.
Selah

"You love every destructive accusation, you deceitful tongue!

"But God will ruin you forever.
He will grab you and drag you out of your tent.
He will pull your roots out of this world of the living.
Selah

"Righteous people will see this and be struck with fear.

They will laugh at you and say,
"Look at this person who refused to make God his fortress! Instead, he trusted his great wealth
and became strong through his greed.”

"But I am like a LARGE OLIVE TREE in God’s house.
I trust the MERCY of God forever and ever.

"I will give THANKS to You forever for what You have done.

In the presence of Your Godly People,
I will WAIT with HOPE in Your Good Name."

wow! look folks i can copy and paste, right bango???
from what i've seen that's your best cause you surely don't understand God's word.

The problem in today’s church is we are not taught to do the proper Godly commandment. Whatever we feel or what ever the pastors tells us we do and it doesn’t seem to matter whether right or wrong not many know because if the pastor does it then we are good to go. I’ll give you a word on the topic and it’s up to you from that point on.

We are told by so many in today’s building on Sunday a word of advice which is totally taken out of context

John 8:7-9

7 So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first." 8 And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. 9 Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

Matt 7:1-5

7 "Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. 3 And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye'; and look, a plank is in your own eye? 5 Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.

This is used by ministers and those who don’t understand that if you’re a sinner then you have no right to judge the body for their sins. But if you follow the commandments according to the word in.

1 Cor 5:9-13

Immorality Must Be Judged

9 I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with xesually immoral people. 10 Yet I certainly did not mean with the xesually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. 11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is xesually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner — not even to eat with such a person.

Psalm 19:1-14

"The HEAVENS proclaim the GLORY of God.
The SKIES display His craftsmanship.

"Day after day, they continue to SPEAK;
night after night, they make HIM known.
"They SPEAK without a sound or word;
their voice is never heard.
" Yet their MESSAGE has gone throughout the earth,
and their words to all the world.

"God has made a HOME in the Heavens for the sun.
It bursts forth like a radiant bridegroom after his wedding.
It REJOICES like a great athlete eager to run the race.

"The sun rises at one end of the HEAVENS
and follows its course to the OTHER end.
Nothing can hide from its heat.

"The LORD'S INSTRUCTIONS are PERFECT,
REVIVING your soul.

The LORD'S DECREES are TRUSTWORTHY,
making WISE, you who are simple.

The LORD's COMMANDMENTS ARE RIGHT, bringing JOY to your heart.

The LORD'S COMMANDS are CLEAR,
giving INSIGHT for your LIFE.

"REVERENCE FOR THE LORD IS PURE,
lasting forever.
The LORD'S LAWS are TRUE;
each one is FAIR.
"THEY are MORE desirable than GOLD,
even the FINEST GOLD.
They are SWEETER THAN HONEY,
more than HONEY DRIPPING from the comb.

"They are A WARNING to your servant,
a GREAT REWARD for those who OBEY them.

"How can I KNOW all the sins LURKING in my heart?
Cleanse me from these HIDDEN FAULTS.

"Keep your servant from DELIBERATE SINS!
Don’t let them CONTROL me.

Then I will be FREE of GUILT
and INNOCENT of GREAT sin.

"May the WORDS OF MY MOUTH
and the MEDITATION OF MY HEART
BE PLEASING TO YOU! O LORD, MY ROCK AND MY REDEEMER!

BEWARE:

What we have here are those who are of the adversary dressed in sheep’s clothing. Those who quote from the bible but neither understand nor obey. These are the great pretenders who love saying “I’m a Christian” but live like the devil. Read and study on your own to learn of Him. Father if I have found favor in your sight then I ask, please teach me your ways. I have posted a great deal of verses to give a better understanding of what the writer is telling us.

Lev 19:15-16

Lets understand why the word “church’ is used in the New testament and not in the Old. It has noting what’s so ever to do with change by God but the language he gave us. In Hebrew the word “assemble” is used to describe a multitude as in:

OT:6950

qahal ('kaw-hal'); a primitive root; to convoke:

KJV - assemble (selves) (together), gather (selves) (together).

Isa 48:14

"All of you, assemble yourselves, and hear!

Who among them has declared these things?

The Lord loves him;

He shall do His pleasure on Babylon,

And His arm shall be against the Chaldeans.

As you know words are not the same in many languages so in order to keep as close as possible translators use the words which have the closes meaning to the word or words being replaced. Such as Torah which Greek has no such word so the closes the writer could come was by using the word “Law’, now isn’t that a kick in the ass?

The same is for the word assemble which means “a calling out” By the way Greek does use the word “assembly”

Heb 2:12-13

12 saying:

"I will declare Your name to My brethren;

In the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You."

13 And again:

"I will put My trust in Him."

And again:

"Here am I and the children whom God has given Me."

NT:1577

ekklesia (ek-klay-see'-ah); from a compound of NT:1537 and a derivative of NT:2564; a calling out, i.e. (concretely) a popular meeting, especially a religious congregation (Jewish synagogue, or Christian community of members on earth or saints in heaven or both):

KJV - assembly, church.

all you who follow HIS Ways!

How JOYFUL and PROSPEROUS you will be!

"Your wife will be like a FRUITFUL grapevine,
FLOURISHING within your home.

Psalm 2

"Why are the nations so ANGRY?
Why do they WASTE THEIR TIME WITH FUTILE PLANS?

"The kings of the earth prepare for battle;
the rulers PLOT together against the LORD and against HIS ANOINTED ONE.

“Let us break their chains
they cry,
“and free ourselves from slavery to God.”

"But the One Who Rules in Heaven LAUGHS.
The LORD scoffs at them.

"Then in ANGER, He REBUKES them,
terrifying them with His fierce fury.

"Because the LORD declares, “I have placed My Chosen King on the Throne in Jerusalem, on My Holy Mountain.”

"The KING proclaims the LORD's decree:

“The LORD said to Me, ‘You are My Son.
Today I have become your Father.
Only ask, and I will give You the nations as Your inheritance,
the whole earth as Your possession.
You will break them with an iron rod
and smash them like clay pots.’”

"Now then, you Kings, act WISELY!
"Be WARNED, you Rulers of the earth!

SERVE THE LORD WITH REVERENT FEAR,
and REJOICE with trembling.

SUBMIT TO GOD'S ROYAL SON, or He will become ANGRY,
and you will be DESTROYED in the midst of all your activities because His anger flares up in an INSTANT.

BUT WHAT JOY FOR ALL WHO TAKE REFUGE IN HIM!"

HOW MANY HAVE ASKED GOD TO SHOW ME YOUR WAYS??
Ex 33:12-23
The Promise of God's Presence
12 Then Moses said to the Lord, "See, You say to me, 'Bring up this people.' But You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You have said, 'I know you by name, and you have also found grace in My sight.' 13 Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight. And consider that this nation is Your people."

14 And He said, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest."
15 Then he said to Him, "If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here. 16 For how then will it be known that Your people and I have found grace in Your sight, except You go with us? So we shall be separate, Your people and I, from all the people who are upon the face of the earth."
17 So the Lord said to Moses, "I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name."
18 And he said, "Please, show me Your glory."
19 Then He said, "I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion." 20 But He said, "You cannot see My face; for no man shall see Me, and live." 21 And the Lord said, "Here is a place by Me, and you shall stand on the rock. 22 So it shall be, while My glory passes by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand while I pass by. 23 Then I will take away My hand, and you shall see My back; but My face shall not be seen."

Psalm 144 ...A psalm of David.

1 PRAISE THE LORD, WHO IS MY ROCK!
HE trains my hands for WAR
and gives my fingers skill for BATTLE.
2 HE is my LOVING ally and my FORTRESS,
my TOWER of SAFETY, my RESCUER.
He is my SHIELD, and I take REFUGE in HIM.
He MAKES the nations submit to me.

3 O LORD, what are human beings that YOU should notice them?
mere mortals that YOU should think about them?
4 For we are like a breath of air;
our days are like a passing shadow.

5 Open the Heavens, LORD, and come down.
Touch the mountains so they billow smoke.

6 Hurl YOUR lightning bolts and scatter YOUR enemies!
Shoot YOUR arrows and confuse them!

7 Reach down from heaven and RESCUE me;
RESCUE me from deep waters,
from the power of my ENEMIES.
8 Their mouths are full of LIES;
they swear to tell the truth, but they LIE instead.

9 I WILL SING A NEW SONG TO YOU, O GOD!
I WILL SING YOUR PRAISES with a ten-stringed harp.

10 Because you grant VICTORY to kings!
You rescued your servant David from the fatal sword.

11 THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME!
RESCUE me from the power of my ENEMIES.
Their mouths are full of LIES;
they swear to tell the truth, but they LIE instead.

Psalm 118 (NEW Living Translation)

1 Give THANKS TO THE LORD BECAUSE HE IS GOOD!!
HIS FAITHFUL LOVE ENDURES FOREVER!!!

2 Let all Israel repeat:
“HIS FAITHFUL LOVE ENDURES FOREVER.”
3 Let Aaron’s descendants, the priests, repeat:
“HIS FAITHFUL LOVE ENDURES FOREVER.”
4 Let all who fear the Lord repeat:
“HIS FAITHFUL LOVE ENDURES FOREVER.”

5 In my distress I prayed to the Lord,
and the Lord answered me and set me free.
6 THE LORD IS FOR ME, SO I WILL HAVE NO FEAR!
What can mere people do to me?
7 YES, THE LORD IS FOR ME! HE WILL HELP ME!
I WILL LOOK IN TRIUMPH OVER THOSE WHO HATE ME!
8 It is better to TAKE REFUGE IN THE LORD
than to trust in people.
9 It is better to TAKE REFUGE IN THE LORD
than to trust in princes.

10 Though hostile nations surrounded me,
I DESTROYED THEM ALL WITH THE AUTHORITY OF THE LORD!
11 Yes, they surrounded and attacked me,
I DESTROYED THEM ALL WITH THE AUTHORITY OF THE LORD!
12 They swarmed around me like bees;
they blazed against me like a crackling fire.
I DESTROYED THEM ALL WITH THE AUTHORITY OF THE LORD!
13 My enemies did their best to kill me,
but the LORD RESCUED ME!
14 THE LORD IS MY STRENGTH AND MY SONG!
HE HAS GIVEN ME VICTORY!

15 SONGS & JOY & VICTORY are sung in the CAMP OF THE GODLY.
The STRONG RIGHT ARM OF THE LORD HAS DONE GLORIOUS THINGS!

16 The STRONG RIGHT ARM OF THE LORD IS RAISED IN TRIUMPH!
The STRONG RIGHT ARM OF THE LORD HAS DONE GLORIOUS THINGS!
17 I will NOT die; instead, I WILL LIVE AND TELL WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE!
18 The Lord has punished me severely,
but he did NOT let me die.

19 Open for me the gates where the RIGHTEOUS ENTERS,
and I will go in and THANK THE LORD!
20 These gates lead to THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD,
and the GODLY ENTERS there.
21 I THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING MY PRAYERS
and giving me VICTORY!

22 The STONE that the builders rejected
has now become the CORNERSTONE.
23 THIS IS THE LORD'S DOING AND IT IS MARVELOUS & WONDERFUL TO SEE!

24
THIS IS THE DAY THAT THE LORD HAS MADE!
We will REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT!
25 Please, Lord, please SAVE us.
Please, Lord, please give us SUCCESS.
26 BLESS THE ONE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD!
WE BLESS YOU FROM THE HOUSE OF THE LORD!
27 THE LORD IS GOD, SHINNING ON US!
Take the sacrifice and bind it with cords on the altar.
28 YOU ARE MY GOD, AND I WILL PRAISE YOU!
YOU ARE MY GOD, AND I WILL EXALT YOU!

Matt 7:21-23
21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' 23 And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'

Psalm 21

1 How I REJOICE in Your Strength, O LORD!
I shout with JOY because You give me VICTORY.
2 For You have given me my HEART’s DESIRE;
You have withheld NOTHING I've requested.

3 You welcomed me back with SUCCESS and PROSPERITY.
You placed a CROWN of finest Gold on my head.

4 I asked You to preserve my life,
and You granted my REQUEST.
The days of my life STRETCH on forever.

5 Your Victory brings me great Honor,
and You have clothed me with Splendor and Majesty.

6 You have endowed me with ETERNAL BLESSINGS
and given me the JOY of Your PRESENCE.
7 Because I TRUST in the LORD.
THE UNFAILING LOVE OF THE MOST HIGH WILL KEEP ME FROM STUMBLING.

tell me old tango, why are you against Pauls discription of you and veggie valley???

'You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty. In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor. 16 You shall not go about as a talebearer among your people; nor shall you take a stand against the life of your neighbor: I am the Lord.

Some time back I watched and read verses posted by Botango and Vegasvelley but I saw something of their personality in the manner of their writings. Bo is over confident, arrogant, and haughty. She post what she does not understanding because of her attitude towards god and His word. It wasn’t until she began to attack Paul’s writings that I realize she was offended because Paul was describing her and those like her. It wasn’t just Paul who wrote such words saying “we are to judge” but Moses quoted almost the same words because he was instructed by God to judge. If you notice Moses is judging those within the camp and Paul is telling us we are to judge this of the body, the insiders. Moses goes as far as to explain what our attitude towards our judging is to be,

Even Abraham knew about judgment:

Gen 18:25
25 Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?"

Ex 18:22
22 And let them judge the people at all times. Then it will be that every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they themselves shall judge.

Lev 19:15-16
15 'You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty. In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor. 16 You shall not go about as a talebearer among your people; nor shall you take a stand against the life of your neighbor: I am the Lord.

We have been taught lies by our shepherds therefore we do not have the knowledge of God teaching and instructions.

Well, I see you did a QUICK SEARCH on the word, "Judged, Judging, Judgment etc." on-line (lol) These one-liners (which you are notorious for accusing others of using!!) are NOT in context For instance, in:

Gen 18:25
25 Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?"

In this CONVERSATION, [not the one-liner]Abraham is talking to The LORD God" and referring to Him as JUDGE -- not YOU nor I. Abraham is pleading on BEHALF of Sodom and Gorrmorrah, which is about to be destroyed with 'fire and brimstones' by God because of homosexuality and other Sin there. Maybe we can LEARN from Abraham and 'PLEAD on behalf of these 'wolves in sheep clothing/pimps in the pulpit] ... just like Abraham did??? [nice try ... try again! ... sarcasm! (lol)

And in:

Ex 18:22
22 And let them judge the people at all times. Then it will be that every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they themselves shall judge."

In this CONVERSATION (ANOTHER one-liner that you've posted!!!), Moses' father-in-law, Jethro, is advising Moses to set up councils so Moses wouldn't have to spend all day listening to the grievances of the people who God had placed him over as they wandered in the desert for 40 years. Otherwise, Moses was going to be worn out trying to settle DISPUTES between God's Chosen people.

In your NEXT one-liner:
Lev 19:15-16
15 'You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty. In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor. 16 You shall not go about as a talebearer among your people; nor shall you take a stand against the life of your neighbor: I am the Lord.

We have been taught lies by our shepherds therefore we do not have the knowledge of God teaching and instructions
. [in your humble opinion???? lol]

I like the NEW LIVING TRANSLATION OF THAT VERSE:

Leviticus 19:15-16

New Living Translation (NLT)

15 “Do not twist justice in legal matters by favoring the poor or being partial to the rich and powerful. Always JUDGE people fairly.

16 “Do not spread slanderous gossip among your people.

“Do not stand idly by when your neighbor’s life is threatened. I AM THE LORD."

In this ENTIRE chapter of Leviticus 19, God is giving instructions of how His People should act "Holiness in Personal Conduct"

19" The Lord also said to Moses, 2 “Give the following INSTRUCTIONS to the entire community of Israel. You must be HOLY because I, THE LORD GOD, AM HOLY."

ilikeitlikethat, it would do YOU good to STUDY that entire Chapter 19. God places the RESPONSIBILITY on EACH PERSON to live HOLY IN GOD'S EYESIGHT. If MORE Christians would do that, we wouldn't have the problems we do TODAY -- in the Pulpit and in the Pew- sheep chasing after the WRONG Shepherd (man) instead of the GOOD SHEPHERD (Jesus Christ).

That is all ... [sarcasm:)]

What you prefer to read does in no way mean it’s in the proper context of the original manuscripts. Most of what new testament readers us or even understand isn’t even close to the root meaning of the Greek or Hebrew language what you are using as a bible is nothing more than a watered down version of what man has twisted to his own destruction. I don’t expect you to understand but I will continue to correct your distorted views of His word. Now again fool if I’m wrong in offering what Paul wrote then you should have the decency to show others the error of his ways.

12 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But those who are outside God judges. Therefore "put away from yourselves the evil person."

Let me see if I can help you because you've made a WHOLE MINISTRY out of these four verses in 1 Cor 5:9-13.

Basically, Paul is saying, don't FELLOWSHIP aka KEEP COMPANY with Christians who are willingfully SINNING (Greed, Cheaters, idolizing people and the material things of this world: money, fame, status quo, etc.), drunks, oppressors of the poor, etc.) ...

If we KNOW that someone is doing these things and they have NO desire TO CHANGE or repent, than Paul is saying not to 'hang out with them.' It doesn't take but a little Sin to corrupt a person. So Paul is stating the obvious. Okay, I understand that. But Paul also says about another kind of Grace that we are show each other -- what if the brother or sister who has sinned and made mistakes or have a weakness in their flesh does want to do right. How do you know what's in their hearts? You don't, ONLY GOD KNOWS. Here's how God wants us look at this situation.

Galatians 6:610- (New Living Translation)

6 "Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. 2 Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. 3 If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are NOT that important.

4 "PAY CAREFUL ATTENTION TO YOUR OWN WORK because then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won’t need to COMPARE yourself to anyone else. 5 Because WE ARE EACH RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR OWN CONDUCT.

6 Those who are taught the WORD OF GOD SHOULD PROVIDE FOR THEIR TEACHERS, SHARING ALL GOOD THINGS WITH THEM.

7 Don’t be misled—YOU CANNOT MOCK THE JUSTICE OF GOD. YOU WILL ALWAYS HARVEST WHAT YOU PLANT. 8 Those who live only to satisfy their OWN SINFUL NATURE will harvest decay and death from that SINFUL NATURE. But those who live to PLEASE THE SPIRIT WILL HARVEST EVERLASTING LIFE FROM THE SPIRIT. 9 So let’s not get tired of doing what is GOOD. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. 10 Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should DO GOOD to everyone—especially to those in the FAMILY OF FAITH."

I personally believe that God wants His Children to have a RECONCILIATING ATTITUDE like He does. I'm sure that YOU are familiar with those scriptures ... it's VERY OBVIOUS that God's INSTRUCTIONS through Paul are for us today. No surprise there! God knows the Tempter is going to do everything in his power to make God's people fall. But the point is that we should help each other up, and not trample on them while they are down. Do you NOT agree? So you need to OBEY God's INSTRUCTIONS through Paul's writings. I'm sure that we have all been GUILTY of NOT doing THIS: "if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path." We don't know what that person has been through, and that's why we need to be led by a Spirit of Humility, and not think of ourselves too highly. I know that I have. (not arrogrance!)

be made aware of those like bothetango who hasn't the first clue how to understand God and His word, Yeshua [Jesus]

When we sin and repent, we need to show forth the fruit of repentance and be restored (Luke 3:8). When we openly sin and shame the Body of Messiah, we need to be called to account. Joseph "forgave" the sin of his brothers, but he also spoke openly of their transgressions against him (Genesis 50:20). We must always separate the sin from the sinner, forgive the transgressors and seek their restoration, but, like Joseph, we also need to call sin, "sin."

When people continue in their sin after repeated warnings, we are supposed to "take special note of that person and not associate with him, so that he will be put to shame" (2 Thessalonians 3:14; Titus 3:10). Nonetheless, many do not properly judge sin due to wrong teachings about "not judging" others. To understand this truth, we need to see the verse in context. We especially need to connect it with its following verse, and we need to balance it with the rest of Scripture.

Messiah Yeshua said, "Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' and behold, the log is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your

own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye" (Matthew 7:1-5).

this read will be posted over a several day peroid

Judging Sin, LaShon Hara,

and Accountability

Speaking of the Kingdom of GOD, Messiah Yeshua said, "The field is the world; and as for the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the tares are the sons of the evil one" (Matthew 13:38).

Our GOD allows wheat and tares (a type of weed) to grow together (Matthew 13:30). In many ways the two look alike, but there is a way that we can tell them apart: Tares will be more colorful and will stand taller than the wheat. We might even say that "tares are better looking than is the lowly wheat." Wheat is distinguished by the fact that it will bend and bow and move with the wind. However, a tare will break before it will bows. At harvest time, the tall and proud tares are pulled up and thrown into the fire - and the wheat is harvested.

If a person does not bow the knee before the Messiah and truly revere Him, even fear tarnishing His good name - if they do not move in the wind of truth of His Holy Spirit, they are probably a tare and not wheat. If they want to stand tall and be more colorful than their lowly wheat neighbors, they may well be a tare.

We serve a GOD who has sworn, "I will leave among you a humble and lowly people, and they will take refuge in the name of the LORD. The remnant of Israel will do no wrong and tell no lies, nor will a deceitful tongue be found in their mouths" (Zephaniah 3:11-12).

In YHVH's economy, judgment begins "with the household of God" (1 Peter 4:17). We serve a GOD who exposes sin. King David is called His "beloved," yet, thousands of years after the fact, based on a Book that was authored by the Almighty, people are still hearing of the sins of Beloved King David. What, oh what, then, makes us so foolish as to think that our sins will not be similarly exposed? When we sin against YHVH, we can rest assured that our sin will "find us out" (Numbers 32:23).

Psalm 11:4-7

The LORD is in HIS HOLY TEMPLE;
the LORD is on HIS HEAVENLY THRONE.
He observes EVERYONE on earth;
HIS eyes EXAMINE them.
5 The LORD EXAMINES the Righteous,
but the WICKED, those who love VIOLENCE,
HE HATES with a passion.
6 On the WICKED, HE will rain
FIREY coals and BURNING sulfur;
a SCORCHING wind will be their lot.

7 For the LORD is RIGHTEOUS,
HEe loves JUSTICE;

BOTANGO, PLEASE READ AND LEARN, I ONLY WANT THE TRUTH FOR THE BODY

Viewed in context, we see that Yeshua is addressing the hypocritical judgment of brethren; He is speaking against people having a condemning spirit, against attacking brethren for small faults while we have even greater ones. He is warning people against this because, there is an automatic reaction that travels with judging our brothers.

The "judge not..." verse is followed by a "conjunction statement." The sentence that follows it begins with the word "for," or with the Greek word, gár (Strong's#G 1063). In other words, the first verse is an "A" statement that is followed by a connected "B" statement. The verses need to be viewed as a unit. Yeshua is warning that doing "A" will lead to "B." The A-B unit is, when we judge a person, it automatically sets in motion a standard of measure by which we will one day be measured. If we use a measure of judgment, that same measure will later be used on us.

To avoid encountering this reactive measure, many people mistakenly conclude that they will not judge anything - so that they, in turn, will not suffer any form of judgment. The problem with this flawed reasoning is that, not judging is a form of judgment.

When we refuse to judge anything, we are in essence saying, anything goes. When "anything goes" among Believers, even the heathen will judge us to be lawless. The Word warns us that, "Happy is he who does not condemn himself in what he approves" (Romans 14:22). We do not want to be hasty or condescending in our judgments of others - but we also do not want to appear to be someone who "approves" of sin based on our refusal to judge it. In the end, we will not be "happy" if we do this.

We cannot judge the eternal destiny of a brother. Only the Father can disinherit a son. However, we are supposed to judge the fruit of our brethren. Yeshua warned us to "Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves." How do we know enough to beware false prophets? Yeshua said we will "know them by their fruits." He also said that one day, He will throw the trees that bear bad fruit into the fire (Matthew 7:15-20).

For our own spiritual well-being, we must judge the fruit of others, and, leaders sometimes need to warn others. When someone is in a position wherein others look to them for guidance, they have an obligation to speak the truth: "Shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to the will of God; and not for sordid gain, but with eagerness; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock" (1 Peter 5:2-3). Leaders must care for the sheep and not leave them to defend themselves against ravenous wolves.

If we judge in a rash, unjust, or unloving manner, we will only add to the problem and surely be dealt with accordingly. On the other hand, if we go too far in a mistaken understanding of "not judging" the fruit of fellow Believers, we make ourselves look like unaccountable fools to the outside world. We refuse to judge sin when it raises its ugly head in our camps, and consequently, the world ends up being our judge. We become a laughing stock. The true Gospel is then mocked and maligned and we bring shame to the Name of our GOD.

When the people of Corinth were having problems with sin in their camp, Paul said to them, "If any of you has a dispute with another, dare he take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the saints? Do you not know that the saints will judge the

world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more matters of this life?" (1 Corinthians 6:1-3).

Believers are supposed to judge matters in this life!

[3]
Ironically, we often feel free to pass judgments on those who are in the world, but are afraid to say anything about the bad fruit of those who claim to belong to the Messiah. Yet, Paul said, " What have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church/congregation?" (1 Corinthians 5:12). The world is already condemned. We are supposed to be a light to them, a ray of hope. But, if they see the continuing darkness of worldly sin in our congregations, our lights will appear to be dim, indeed. Thus we must judge sin in our congregations.Everyone sins and falls short of the glory of GOD (Romans 3:23). If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us (1 John 1:8). If we are merciless with others, judgment without mercy will be shown to us. Mercy triumphs over judgment (James 2:13). Therefore, judgment by brethren should be reserved for "continual sins."

In Christian circles continuing sin is often overlooked due to bad teachings that lead people to believe in the idea that they are to "judge not..." This mistaken conclusion has caused many to accuse Christians of thinking that they can "slide into Heaven on greasy grace." In the Hebrew Roots and Messianic movements, this harlotrous teaching wears a different dress. Its designer label is "LaShon Hara," meaning "The Evil Tongue."

It is true that we are not to speak "evil" of our leaders (Acts 23:5). James warns us not to "slander" a brother (James 4:11). 1 Chronicles 16:22 says, "Do not touch My anointed ones, and do My prophets no harm." We are told "to speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all people" (Titus 3:2). However, like the "judge not" mistake, these verses, too, can be misconstrued....

Truth is neither "evil" nor "slanderous." Truth sets people free. Our faith grows strong in it (John 8:32; Colossians 2:7). Zechariah 8:16 tells us, "These are the things which you should do: speak the truth to one another; judge with truth and judgment for peace in your gates." Evil and slanderous speech consists of lies. If speaking the truth about someone were evil, then our GOD would be guilty of that sin, over, and over, and over again. He is not guilty, and it is not wrong to speak the truth in a matter. That is the only way we will ever have peace in our gates.

Yet, this truth, too, needs to be measured against heart intent. If we are telling the "truth" about someone because we want to harm their reputation, the fact that we spoke "truth" will not erase the sin of malice that lies in our heart. When we speak the truth, it must be spoken with perfect courtesy and regard for the one(s) involved: "Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Messiah (Ephesians 4:15).

Neither should we fear speaking the truth based on misguided "loyalty." "Acquitting the guilty and condemning the innocent - the LORD detests them both." Such behavior is even an "abomination" Him (Proverbs 17:15).

If we see a stronger person doing harm to a weaker person, no matter how unpleasant the consequences, we need to come to the defense of the weaker vessel. We must love the weak ones among us enough to try to protect them. Sometimes, to do that, we will have to address the actions of a leader. If they are leading people astray, for the sake of the weak, the truth of needs to be told. Even so, James forewarns all who would be teachers, "Let not many of you become teachers, my brethren, knowing that as such we will incur a stricter judgment."

James also warns us that, "The tongue is a small part of the body, and yet it boasts of great things....the tongue is a fire, the very world of iniquity; [it]...defiles the entire body, and sets on fire the course of our life, and is set on fire by hell." James also warns that, if we have either bitter jealousy or selfish ambition in our heart, we must not be "lie against the truth." He concludes by saying, "Wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy. And the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace" (James 3:1-18).

When people in authority fail us, we must first seek to be merciful toward them - but at the same time, for our own sake we are supposed to judge matters with righteous judgment: "Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment" (John 7:24). We must not judge based on hearsay (John 7:51), nor based on appearances, or with partiality or malice in our hearts - but judge matters we must.

Judging matters reveals the truth of what is in our heart. If we judge amiss, we need to see that and repent. If we fear judging any man, we probably need to be delivered from a spirit of fear. Judging matters is part of our growth process. Rather than back away from it, let us pray and ask the Father to help us learn how to judge matters in a way that pleases Him.

THE SON'S OF GOD AND THE DAUGHTERS OF MAN

For too many years theologians have convinced the son’s of God that angelic beings came down and impregnated the woman of the earth and this created giants, hogwash. Nowhere in the word does it make such a statement. No where in the word does it make a statement that angel's could have xes, give birth, marry, or fall in love with anyone. In fact 2 Peter 2:4-5 tells us what happened to the fallen beings and it wasn’t to roam the Earth having xes with whomever.

For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment.

Some of us have been taught that God flooded the earth because of this event, again hogwash. In order to understand the events that took place at that point and time, we need to look at each verse very carefully and see what the scripture's tell us. Before going any further I which to inform you that in the Hebrew language, Genesis chapter 6 verse 2 reads: The sons of the rulers saw that the daughters of man were good and they took themselves wives from whomever they chose. The Sons of rulers implies these where the sons of princes and judges.

[This according to the commentary of: R. Saadiah Gaon]. So as not to take scripture out of context I listed the first four verses of chapter 6 to be used in this study. Please take note that the scriptures only refer to the sons of God in verses 1 and 2 of this chapter. Not until verse 4 does it refer to giants. Let’s look at the verse's from which these teachings are derived. Gen 6:1

6:1
when men began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them,

2
the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose.

3
Then the LORD said, "My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty years. This is referring to the 50 year jubilee, 120 x 50= 6,000. Man’s days are numbered

4
The Nephilim [giants] were on the earth in those days--and also afterward--when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.

First I would like to explain that the word of god was not written in Greek, or the Kings English. To properly understand the word we must translate it back to Hebrew. The key to this whole theory of angel's being the father's of children stems from a misinterpretation of verses one through four and all because of the words, sons of God and giants in the land. Nowhere in the Bible does it say the Angels of God had a relationship with mankind. I have yet to find that they can have xes. The Angels where not created to reproduce like man was. It also states in verse 3 that he is mortal referring of course to man. Note this verse comes after the sons of God took the daughters of man, which indicates there is no mixture between angelic beings and man. And when we take on our new body's we will no longer have a xesual desire or be married as stated in Matt.22: 30

For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven
.

But are as the angels, pure without spot with only one desire and that is to worship and serve the YHVH. Satan cannot create therefore those who left Heaven to follow him became sin as he. These beings cannot be xesually involved any more than Satan can. What a joke that would be on man if he went to be with YHVH forever and still has desires of a xesual nature.

"GIANTS"

Let's take on the giants and understand the meaning of the word. The word Nephilim [giant] translates to: OT: 5303

Nephiyl (nef-eel'); or nephil (nef-eel'); from OT:5307; properly, a feller, i.e. a bully or tyrant. Sad but true these so-called big guys are bully's, and tyrants

And they were the heroes of old, men of renown.
[Men of renown] OT:8034

Shem (shame); a primitive word [perhaps rather from OT:7760 through the idea of definite and conspicuous position; compare OT:8064]; an appellation, as a mark or memorial of individuality; by implication honor, authority, character:

These were nothing more than men who held the high ground so to speak. They took what they wanted, hence bully, tyrants. The word mighty men gibbowr means, powerful by implication, warrior, tyrant.

Another give me is the statement in Gen 6:4

4. The Nephilim [bully's, tyrants] were on the earth in those days--and also afterward--when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes [sons] of old, men of renown. [Judges, leaders]

God is telling us in this verse that giants [bully's, tyrants] where here then and will be here as long as man serves the adversary. The words [sons of God] are in no less than eleven verses. This reference is only referring to the servants of God be they Angel's or flesh and blood. For example in Romans 8:14

14. Because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.

John 1:12

12
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Philippians 2:15

15
That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

1
John 3:1

1
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

1
John 3:2

2
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

These men at one time worshiped the Lord of the Heavens but sin became a dominant factor in their lives. The sons of God are said to be the God-fearing descendants of Seth, while the Daughters of man [implying less spiritual people] are iniquitous descendants of Cain. Even though the Hebrew Bible doesn't use the sons of God, I can still make a case using the King James Version because of the false-hood of the statements made by theologians. God will always show those who seek his wisdom and truth the right passages to a Godly answer. I don't know the origin of such theories but this is only one of many, which the adversary has led men to believe.

When the Children of Israel send twelve spies into the land of Canaan we find that ten brought back a discoursing word of there being giants in the land. Num. 13:32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.

Num 13:33 and there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, [insignificant] and so we were in their sight.

In verse 32 we see words that are only used four times in the Bible, great stature. Now the word is telling us of a different translation using the word giants because of the words great stature. OT: 4060

Middah (mid-daw'); feminine of OT: 4055; properly, extension, i.e. height or breadth; also a measure (including its standard); hence a portion (as measured) or a vestment; specifically, tribute (as measured).

The meaning of the word giant doesn't change only the fact that we now have tall bullies.

2 Samuel 21:20

20
And there was yet a battle in Gath, where was a man of great stature, that had on every hand six fingers, and on every foot six toes, four and twenty in number; and he also was born to the giant.

1
Chronicles 11:23

23
And he slew an Egyptian, a man of great stature, five cubits high; and in the Egyptian's hand was a spear like a weaver's beam; and he went down to him with a staff, and plucked the spear out of the Egyptian's hand, and slew him with his own spear.

1
Chronicles 20:6

6
And yet again there was war at Gath, where was a man of great stature, whose fingers and toes were four and twenty, six on each hand, and six on each foot: and he also was the son of the giant.

In verse 23 we see for the first time a measurement of the height of a man of great stature [five cubits]. A cubit is 17 to 22 inches in linear measurement. The way this type of measurement was used would be to use your forearm to the tip of your fingers. This being the case this man is 7 to 9 ft in height but it does not call him a giant. Maybe this is where we get the fraise [you big bully].

I would like to express one more event in the word that also backs up this article and that is the story of David and Goliath. 1 Sam 17:4

4 And there went out a champion out of the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span. Goliath was a big man who was anywhere from 8.5 to 11 feet tall, but as you can see it does not refer to him as a giant. In the word at this juncture it doesn’t seem to be concerned with the fact the man was also a bully.

The following is from the Chumash, Stone Edition and is the writings of the following sages of Israel.

Master Rashi, R’ Saadiah Gaon, Rambam, Moreh, Radak, Sforno, and R’ Bachya.

This is there word on the scriptures as to the giants of the Old Testament. I’m only writing this because of a discussion on the subject of the giants of old. I would not have even written about this except the subject came up and it required more investigation.

Prelude to the Flood:

The sons of the rulers: these were the sons for the princes and judges, for elohim always implies ruler-ship as in Exodus 4:16: and you shall be his master. The daughters of man were the daughters of the general populace: the multitude, the lower classes who did not have the power to resist their superiors thus, the subjugation of the weak by the powerful.

According to many commentators, literally the sons of God are the God-fearing descendants of Seth, while the daughters of man (implying less spiritual people) are the iniquitous descendants of Cain. The results of such marriages was that Seth’s righteous offspring were enticed by the proponents of a godless, depraved culture, and suffered the fate that destroyed mankind.

My spirit shall not contend
: Seeing that mankind had not lived up to his aspirations, God resolved that He would not wait much longer, debating with Himself, as it were, Whether to destroy it because of it’s sins, or to show mercy because he is but flesh and cannot survive without compassion.

Man is unworthy that God’s spirit should reside in him, since he is but flesh like the other creatures, and his soul is drawn to the flesh rather than to God’s spirit.

A hundred and twenty years
: God would wait 120 years before bring the Flood, so that mankind would have ample opportunity to repent. Others interpret that the human life span would gradually decrease until it would be a maximum of 120 years.

The Nephilim
: They were the giants- the same race that terrified Moses’ spies (Numbers 13:33). They were given this title from the root ( 5307,Naphal) to fall, because they fell and caused others to fall, through their egregious sinfulness. Alternatively, they were so called because the hearts of those who saw them fell in amazement at their size.

OT:5303

nephiyl (nef-eel'); or nephil (nef-eel'); from OT:5307; properly, a feller, i.e. a bully or tyrant:

[2]

Do you not know that the saints will judge the world?
