But according to the "experts", 150 lbs is still considered to be "overweight" for a woman who is 5'4. But idgaf, I'm not trying to be skinny.

In my opinion those weight charts are not one size fits all. Two people can be the same height and weigh the same amount and still look different body wise. One can appear to be overweight while the other looks "normal ".

I don't focus on the scale . I more so focus on how my body looks and feels.

Current: ~125, Ive been weighing a little less on/off.

I would like to be 120. I hold weight in my lower belly and that’s what I’m trying to work on. It’s not a lot, but I know my tummy could be flatter if I put down the chicken wings and stopped my weekly ice cream trip. Lol I also need to cut out alcohol!!

Current:140, Goal :110 (college up to wedding weight).Having major surgery (fibroids )soon. Was told expect at least a 10 lb weight loss from that alone.

I look and feel my best in the 120 range but it's been a while lol.

I wanna be around 160-170 by the summer. It really is true that someone's starting weight is another person's goal weight.

I want to gain in the right places tho. the last time I got to 130 I ate too many donuts and it went straight to my stomach smh I had to cut back and get back down to my normal (125)

Also found out I have fibroids and an enlarged uterus so I'm hoping that's the reason nothing I do helps my tummy size.

Honestly, I carry it well enough so it isn't noticeable but I'd really like to be able to fit into some of my clothes a little better.

Although now that I've built more muscle I dont think I can get to 150 where I was before. Already at 165 I look a lot more lean. I want to see how I look at 155.

I'm at 150lbs right now, I was teetering in the low 140s on average and liked myself at that weight. I want to stay in the 140-150 range, so I do need to keep an eye on my eating and get into the gym a few nights so I don't go over (and stay over) 150 unless it's muscle

I go by % body fat. My target is 20-25%. but i have to make an appt with a facility to get it tested.
My lazy way is waist measurement instead of weight
under 30 inches is my goal.

In reality I’m:
5’4 and 156.
I want to be between 140-150lbs.

Im a pear shape. When I’m slim, I have little to no boobs. Tragic. But my hips are trim and softly rounded. I want that back! My partner is just gonna have to deal with my little mosquito bites.
