I've been doing her workouts for a couple days now and they are intense and they're usually done with 2lb and 3lb weights. Has anyone else done these?
Yes and my triceps are doing much better. The good thing about Annie is that she has a wide variety of arm workouts for you to choose from. Some are shorter, mid length or a little longer. I like how she has time limit options for everyone.Did your arms get thinner?
