Anyone else agree Informed Delivery is one one of the best things offered in the last decade?

I like it. I wish UPS and FedEx did the same thing. I still don't quite understand what qualifies a piece of mail for Informed Delivery, because all of my mail doesn't get this option automatically.

I know. They claim they don’t do “junk” mail but I got a picture of a bath and body works coupon last week

Yes although it’s been around since forever.

But the grocery delivery is a life saver for the sick, expecting, and older people.

My mom issues the preview of mails that’s been delivered. That’s pretty neat.

Yes, I love it :mail

I think that it is a very beneficial mail service to have in order to preview your incoming mail and scheduled packages.

Yep! I have an important piece of mail that is coming in that I've been waiting for. Even though my mailbox is like ten steps away it feels good to know my lazy ass don't have to walk them everyday! LOL!

It’s cool, but not always accurate lol.
Oddly enough the only time it’s not accurate is for my PO Box. I’ll get the email saying the mail is for ‘today’, but it’s never there until the next day. It was annoying and I have to make sure not to get ahead of myself and wait.

That’s never been an issue for mail to my home address.

I love it but sometimes my mail carrier just doesn't deliver mail so even if I'm expecting something one day, I might not get it until the next day or the day after.

I absolutely love it and I’ve been using it for a couple of years now. The mail that they scan in shows for the current day which is nice. The only problem is.. I have no idea what time the mail comes so I go check it late in the day lol

UPS has it. Google UPS My Choice and then take it from there.

Back to the OP -- yep, I love it. I also love it that when Amazon drivers make a delivery, they take a picture of where they left the package.

Speaking of amazon, LMAO @ UPS and USPS fµck!n' up so many Amazon deliveries that Amazon got their own delivery service. Since then, there have been no fµck-ups when Amazon's delivery service makes the delivery.

That’s what usually happens! A delay in what/when something is delivered. It’s not that bad and like you say it’s the next day.

The package tracking is a dud though lol. This was around early December, so it could have been the holiday season, but it took over 3 weeks to be delivered and eventually the package wasn’t “trackable” through informed delivery.

I have a package they are saying should come today, so we will see.

They can say what they want about Bezos, but Amazon delivery is pretty stellar.

Now the drivers gonna block the street or scrape a side mirror on the way, but that package gonna be there the next day!

Yes. I like it. I absolutely love Walmart. I don't have to tell them when they missed the marker or what they need to do to fix it. They don't make me wait. They don't treat me like a grifter, and they are up front about making it. They don't blame the customer for a sharty deliverer. They take responsibility their employees effort/lack of effort.

I loves it, I’ve never been into checking the mail on a regular (it would get checked like once every 2-3 weeks). Now I am informed if there is an important piece of mail that’s available and I’ll go and unload then. Other then that, the rest of that mess can sit there until whenever.

For some reason whenever I try to sign up for USPS informed delivery it says they don’t have it in my area.

Is it weird that I thought this thread was about delivering babies?

Anyway, I’ve never heard of this before.
